I have 3 accounts on a particular website. All three account login credentials are saved in firefox however one of them (the wrong one, since it is the one I use least often) is pre-filled when I first go to the site. How do I remove the setting that one of them is pre-filled? I want just the regular drop-down choice of all three. I have deleted that accounts credentials and cleared the cache, but as soon as I add the account info again, it is automatically pre-filled instead of just listed with the other two options.
i lost my google account because firefox deleted my cookies, and i cant find the right folder to find my deleted cookies, what do i do?
How do I clear out my cookies? I am computer challenged so I don't even know what cookies are exactly.

With FF91, it seems I can only delete cookies for an entire domain. I occasionally have an issue with forums.xfinity.com where it won't load. Deleting the cookies for forums.xfinity.com would fix it. Now, with FF91, I have to delete ALL xfinity.com cookies! It seems as if there should be a way to open up the 'container' to see the sub-domains, and then you could further open that up if needed to delete an individual cookie.

Hello.
I would like to know if there is documentation on how does Firefox "SSB" (or "PWA") interact with containers (and the Multi-Account Containers), please.
In simpler words: is there a way to have different SSBs for a single website using different accounts in each of them? (e.g., two different SSB "Gmails" or "Office 365" etc?)
And do SSB own their specific containers or can we link an SSB to an existing container used in the 'general' Firefox?
Thanks!

I don't want to allow Google/Youtube cookies in this way: I don't want Google to come back the next time and continue to build their cookie cache; I want them to start with a "Google cookie free" browser.
But.....
This means I have to set my Google cookie settings every time I start my browser and visit any of the Google sites. This annoys me a lot.
Is it possible to single out certain cookies (e.g. the one with the Google cookie settings) that I want to keep, while I remove all the other Google cookies on shut down?
(Before you suggest: not using Google/Youtube is not an option).
Thanx,
Thom
The Delete Cookies -> Exceptions setting will be lost if I close Firefox. Of course I save the setting.
how do I clear my cookies and cache?
Don't understand how cookies are manged. How to get different cookie sections operate. Managed cookies.

Every time I close firefox the cookies file in my profile folder "cookies.sqlite" makes a backup of itself "cookies.sqlite.bak" so when I open firefox again I start out fresh unless I change name of the file back to what it supposed to be then I could launch firefox back with the old cookies with no visible issues.
So, how do I make it so the firefox doesn't automatically make a backup of my old cookies and replace it a new file?

I have already checked the cookies are enabled and set to never be deleted. Other websites I use stay signed in, this only happens for google/youtube once every few days. I never had this problem in other browsers aswell so I doubt it's an account problem. I am using a couple of extensions, adguard and ublock origin, but the issue was still there when I disabled them.

I am having problems clearing Facebook cookies and data storage. I have cleared the cache numerous times and always FB is at the top of the list with 0 cookies but 17,179,869,184GB Data Storage. I delete that as well and it comes back. I have run my Smartscan and optimized. This showed up recently and it makes Firefox very, very slow. What are some other options to try
