We're finding we can no longer watch FUBO TV on Firefox. Works fine in Edge. Anyone have any suggestions? We've cleared cache/history, restarted laptop, etc. This occurs both on recorded programs and live tv. We still seem to be able to get the commercials, although we tried watching on two different devices and the commercials were very different. Is it possible for Firefox to have been hacked but not Edge on the same device? Doesn't sound plausible to me, but I'm not sure. This has happened since the last update to Firefox. We have Windows 10 64 bit. Firefox 134.0.2 or whatever the latest version is. We're stumped why it works on one browser but not the other. Has to be a Firefox issue.

Hello mozilla support team I am Gina I have this problem for about two or three weeks now.I try to watch videos on mozzila firefox and I get gliches and sound dose'nt work.I don't have those problems on vivaldi at least at this moment. For about 2 weeks now, the audio volume on youtube videos fluctuates up and down. The volume starts off low when a person starts to talk. For example, when the person in the video starts to talk, their voice volume is very low then within a second or two, the volume rises to normal as they talk. When they finish a sentence and start a new one (when there is a short pause in the audio) their voice is again at a very low volume, rising to normal in a second or two. This repeats as they speak throughout the entire video. This is not specific to any youtube video or youtube channel, it happens on all youtube videos. I have tried updating all audio drivers in Windows 11 - no improvement. I have tried rebooting the computer - no improvement Firefox is up to date, version 133.0 I have tried watching the same videos using Chrome and I do not have this problem.

Hello, I am contacting you about the non-functioning sound of some websites. It is manifested as if Firefox does not perceive that the page is playing sound at all. For example, YouTube works as it should, but Instagram is completely without sound.

Hello! For some time now I suddenly have no sound in Firfox, otherwise the sound works everywhere, even in other browsers. All help instructions do not help. Do I have to switch to another browser for good? Thanks for help

I'm facing an issue where videos on various websites do not load properly when I'm using Mozilla VPN. The issue is happening on platforms like YouTube and streaming services. The videos either don’t start, or they buffer endlessly, even though the internet connection is stable. This issue only happens when the VPN is turned on, and the videos work fine when the VPN is off.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by disabling the VPN and clearing my browser cache, but the problem persists.

Could anyone provide a solution or explain why this is happening? Any help is appreciated!

Good morning, after today's FF update - right click dropdown menus are terrible! Nothing works for me... Opening new windows, new tabs, adding to bookmarks, copying, pasting, etc... How can I turn it off because I can't use it. I need to have a menu like in version 133.0.3. If I can't change it, I will have to change the browser because I can't use it! recently i have bought a membership on a website called anizium.com and there are 4k resulotion animes, my friends can watch them on 4k but i cant, they use chrome. After i downloaded chrome to check, and yeah i can watch them on 4k on chrome. Is there any solution to that bc i have been using firefox for years now and i dont wanna just use chrome to have 4k. I needed to go to sleep at 3am last night to rise for a 12 noon Christmas day dinner. So I am back now.

I have not been able to drag a picture into the text of an email message.

I mark the point of insert with the cursor, go to Insert menu, select the attach picture, and it ends up at the top of the email outside my message. When I try to drag the picture into the text area, a mat covers the text area instructing to insert it here. When I release it on the hotspot, the matted area goes blank and I receive a menu message "The following files couldn't be attached: "filename.jpg". Please try again later."

I seem to be doing everything correctly. I was able to do this some time in the past.

I am wondering if the problem has to do with a memory cache problem. Do I have too many 2000 blocked emails. Maybe a security problem not allowing the attachment?

I don't get sound on any website, specifically NPR, Kanopy and Youtube. I've tried all of the suggestions in the Help menu, and they were, to put it mildly, no help. This seems to have begun with the latest update (134).

Hello, I use my providers web email promail.ptd.net , but they don't have where I can add a sound to incoming email or specific ones.. I did add the promail to your notifications,settings, but can you explain to me what the step would be to get their incoming email to make a sound of choice while using Firefox? or do i have to switch to an email program that already has that option? I wish Eudora would continue!
