I have downloaded (or so I thought) the Firefox 115.13 in order to use Billpay via my bank. After several attempts, my bank keeps saying "Looks like you are using Firefox 78; update to..." Would love any help. Shan

Full reinstall with all folder deletion didn't help, other PC user can use Firefox just fine. Any ideas? Crash information:

Recently, I am being blocked from watching You Tube videos. There's a message saying that I have an ad-blocker. The message flashes on the screen and disappears almost immediately, so I am unable to read the details of the message. Then I went to another website and I received a similar message. This time, the message stayed on the screen, and I was able to read it all. It said that I have to go to my "extension bar" and disable the ad blocker. What is an extension bar, and does this have something to do with Mozilla Firefox? Firefox recently had an update, so I am wondering if they are related.

Half the time when I go to a website like Google Flights or something to do with Google it just automatically brings me to my employer's website like to sign in and use the Google tools there. I don't even work for them anymore and I don't know how to get rid of it automatically wanting me to go there. It won't even let me use Google Flights because it says it not supported by my employer. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MONTHS NOW .... FIX YOUR SHIT OR LOOSE ANOTHER CUSTOMER. NONE OF YOUR OTHER "FIXES" WORKED.

My browser keeps crashing like the system would have a defective RAM module witch has just been changed with a new one. I have created a new browser session and cleaned cache and cookies. The crash catch you randomly and then get fixated on a web page.... if i open amazon it crashes, then if i restart the browser it crashes again...like it would do when filling a defective RAM and finding a broken byte. I tested it for 24 hours from a live usb of memtest86+ and i got no error.

Can we verify it's not a problem of Firefox? At the moment Windows doesn't crash, it crashes only Firefox

Every website has safesearch or the website itself is blocked. It seems to be acting like its got parental controls on. I am the owner of this house, no apartment or work or public internet connection here its my own private internet. My other browsers aren't giving this problem so its a firefox exclusive issue.

I am getting messages that I am blocking ads for many of my internet requests. I had never received these before but all of a sudden I started to get them. I have tried a number of things but nothing works.
