Hi there,

I am able to play videos normally, however when I switch to full screen, it takes few seconds with a black screen till it shows the video. The audio continues to play just fine. When I exist the Full Screen, it does the same. When I switch to private browsing or other Firefox profiles, everything is fast and normal. It is just happening on one profile. I deleted the cache with no luck. I think Firefox is using HTML5 to play videos. I need to keep this profile as I would like to keep the history, opened tabs and bookmark. Any suggestion will be really appreciated.

Firefox works really good until I go to use PayPal. It connects to the PayPal site signs me in but says there is a problem and to try again. If I use Safari all works well. Hopefully there is a simple solution. Thanks, Alan.

I have a website...i have to go to microsoft edge to open my web page because when I open it with firefox there are errors immediately...and every single time...any suggestions? I've also had clients try to use my website and they are getting errors...but i open with edge and it opens fine every time....

Freshly installed Firefox 77.0.1 is lagging while working with WordPress based sites (I've never installed FF on this particular device (Win10 x64, ASUS + according to Everest hard-drive is completely fine) before, so there's no old settings stored) even if it's the only tab - there's a 4-5 second freeze each time. I don't use any add-ons while using FF here, but when I open the same websites via FF incognito (or Chrome) there's no problem with loading pictures, carousels and other interactive elements. What could be causing such behavior?

I have cleared cache according to Mozilla guidelines + tried other options (and haven't noticed such problem with other platforms), and it seems to me that this lag appears only at WP blogs.

Hello! Today my PC updated to Windows 10, version 1903, build 18362.900.

With the startup it introduced me to the "All new Microsoft Edge". I really wanted to use this browser for just work and nothing more, and wanted to keep my personal stuff in firefox as my main browser. However, I was unpleasantly surprised to see all my saved accounts and passwords, bookmarks in the "ALL NEW MICROSOFT EDGE". I know it's not Mozilla's fault for doing that (well not sure). However, little warning, that some browser that has nothing to do with firefox, is trying to access my data would've been nice, rather than just taking all my stuff and mixing it together. I believe this is a very, very bad security flaw and needs attention! You can't just give away my data like that. What if it was a malware or adware doing it without even asking? (not that edge is any different)

Yes, I probably 'have agreed' to get my stuff ported there, but I honestly did not expect something like that to happen without any warning on the Firefox browser's side.

I'm sorry, but as a firefox user for like 16 years, I am very disappointed.

I had to restore my iMac from a year old backup and wanted to sync Firefox bookmarks so they reflect the latest that I have on my MacBook.

However, what happened was that ALL my devices now show... my year old bookmarks from the iMac backup.

In other words, the sync didn't updated the OLD with NEW but rather replaced NEW bookmarks with the old ones.

Is there a way to revert?

There used to be a Pin Firefox feature where FF could be pinned to the screen above other apps, but in ver 77, that's disappeared. Where did it go? When is it coming back because losing that is a great disappointment to me; I used it every day. Come on people, sometimes changes are NOT in the best interests of the users.

Ever since switching from Chrome to Firefox, I have been unable to log in to Tumblr. I have checked my phone like five times to make sure I am using the right password - I am. I can successfully log in to Tumblr on my phone, but not on Firefox. This is the only website I have this problem with - I have tried to contact their support, but I figured I would contact Firefox support too since I don't know which side is causing the problem.

Please let me know what I should do.

On some online coding websites, for example https://playcode.io/ when I type ' followed by a vowel I get the character double up, or following the quotation I press space results in double quotation marks. I have listed some key presses below. Key press: result: expected result

Can I turn this off or what specifically is causing the issue? On this text field the problem does not occur, nor in Chrome or Safari.

I keep getting the message - your browser does not currently support accessing the clipboard - how do i resolve?

I am trying to take a table across to word from the webpage and it keeps coming up with the message in red in teh bottom right hand corner.

I had to recover my laptop and reinstall all programs, including the web browsers. All other web browsers are working fine, but after installing Firefox, it wont open any website at all. It does not show any message at all, just keeps trying to load the website eternally.

I have tried reinstalling and nothing works....help!

YouTube studio features; adding subtitles and blurring does not work in firefox. While uploading subtitles, I select the subtitle from the computer, but when I say upload, it does not. The same screen remains. The problem with blurring is that the selection tool does not appear when the blurring screen is opened. These features work in chrome

I have a issue loading one of my websites in Firefox as it throws "Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE" error.

This only happens in Firefox as the domain "https://www.createmytattoo.com/" seems to load fine in Chrome browser.

I did check the website in SSL Checker for any errors but it was clean and no issues. Below is the result:

I tried reinstalling the certificate again but no luck. The server it runs is on Apache/2.2.15 and CentOS 6.9.

Hello there. We are developing website to configure our device. Webserver apache2 is configured to use Basic Authetication. One directory, that requiers authentication, doesn't have index.html and is browsed as "Index of /...". If i open a file on this webpage in the same tab, tab title is <ip>/<directiory>/<file>. But if I open file in new tab, tab title is <login>:<password>@<ip>/<directory>/<file>.

I'm working with an Ext JS web-app that requires taking in a barcode. The data comes in fine when scanning to Microsoft Word or Notepad but in Firefox, before the scan is complete, it will switch and reload tabs, open the download folder and just be wonky. I'm thinking it has something to do with shortcuts but I can't seem to find a setting that I can switch to stop it from happening. Any ideas?

When I attempt to go to a particular website and set it for my Home Page I get an error because it won't open it and tells me to come back later, I have included a Screenshot. Hi, Currently, it is possible to close tab only from line of Tabs on the top of the window. Unfortunately in this view, it is impossible to see the long name of Tab (in case if you have tens of it) and the user should open each Tab before close it. Would you add functionality to close Tabs from the Tabs dropdown list ( just add X at the right side of each line) or add some Tab Manager view (as you have for Bookmarks) with same close Tab function?
