The new built in VPN is not showing up on my laptop browser. I have version 150 so it should be on there if I'm not mistaken. I can not find any way to get it to show up. It has shown up on my work computer so I know what it looks like and how to activate it when I see it.

When VPN is on, an error message comes up on Firefox saying "Server can't be found." Not much good using VPN software if it doesn't let you go to any sites. YouTube, the Washington Post, even Googling the question about this beta all comes up with an error message when the product is turned on. How do I get the 'open in new tab' option back when I use the right button on my mouse. It does not appear on the menu when I right click? This is a change overnight and I have not altered any settings.

Dear All, I recently reinstalled Windows and updated to the latest Firefox. When I tried to sign in to sync/restore my bookmarks, Firefox could not recognize my password. I reset it and used the new password, but the bookmarks that appeared were outdated, and not all information synced to my current account.Could you please advise on the steps (or a quick solution) to fix this?Many thanks for your support in advance.Kind regards, Tareq Zeyad

My imac late 2015 running 10.12.6 Sierra crashed yesterday and on rebooting I noticed that my Firefox browser had disappeared. I was asked to reinstall with a new Extended support Release 115.34.1esr which I did but now I have lost all my bookmarks and access to my Outlook account. Is there a way that i can retrieve the lost settings?

I am moving to a new laptop from my older one. I have tried to use Sync to bring over all of my original Settings to the newer machine. However, I can't seem to Sync my Location Permissions from the original machine to the newer one. Is there something special that I need to do to make this happen?

When I bring up my firefox browser, DuckDuckGo has taken over the search/address bar even though it shows that I'm still on Firefox's browser page. I thought I fixed the problem, but it came back. I'm not opposed to DuckDuck, but I should be able to stick with Firefox. Thanks for any solution you can recommend.
