all bookmarks have disappeared along with my passwords. how do I get them back? previous answers haven't helped. before that, I would have trouble playing video and audio together, if I turned the audio off the video would work then when I turned the audio back on the video stopped. I am about ready to delete Firefox and use another browser.

I reinstalled windows on my pc after syncing all my browser data (bookmarks etc) everything but some bookmarks, i have 4 folders and 2 of them had all that was in there and the other 2 where empty is it possible to get them back somehow?

I have a windows 10 computer with Fire Fox and lots of bookmarks. I bought a new windows 11 computer and want to copy my bookmarks to the new windows 11 computer. How do I do it?

Okay, we had a power outage while my computer was on. When I rebooted, everything worked but Firefox. The sites would come up, but the keyboard would not work. (It worked on every other program.) So, I "reset Firefox." In that process, it made me add the Webroot extension. Now, my new tabs folder is all wrong. It is full of ads. It does not have my regular new tabs. And when I click on facebook or amazon, it does not take me where I want to go.

How can I sync my laptop new tabs to my desktop?

Or, how can I restore my old new tabs on my desktop?

I recently had to do a hard reset on my Windows 11 PC. When I reinstalled Firefox, tried to retrieve my bookmarks, they are not there. Is there anyway to retrieve those book marks from 6 months ago?

Late yesterday, all my bookmarks disappeared. Whenever Firefox ask me to update, I do. Please advise if they are stored anywhere from which I can retrieve them. Probably close to a thousand.

Hi. While clearing my browser history the other night some of my bookmarks also got deleted. I understand once browser history is deleted it cannot be recovered, but is there any way a deleted bookmark can be recovered?

why can't I restore bookmarks. All solutions will not work "unable to process file". This happen mid secession.The restore dates are there but i get unable to precess file

Microsoft's Windows11 upgrade removed all Bookmarks, history and passwords. I tried ALL their 'resolutions' Now they claim this is a browser issue. So, can you help?

How do i recover my bookmarks without having to get them all back manually? Super annoying. Btw this new browser sidebar is terrible and unnecessary please tell your boss to get rid of it

Hi, I unwittingly reset my password without using a recovery key just now. My account had one recovery key in use but I completely forgot where I put it and I overrode it by skim reading through the warning before changing my password because I didn't remember it.

Thing is, prior to performing a clean re-install of my laptop, I didn't backup my appdata folder containing my firefox profile. The latest backup I have is from three months ago. I might be able to lay hands on my recovery key later today, but I need to know whether there is ANY hope of accessing that data on a server somewhere or if it's been wiped, definitively. I'm very upset because I had like a few hundred tabs and bookmarks.
