On outlook.com sign in with password does not work. It gives "Please retry with a different device or other authentication method to sign in." Works fine in edge.

for about 8 years now, on and off, on hundreds of OS-es, clean installs of firefox etc. sometimes - not always - typing into the firefox search bar and pressing enter does nothing

i have bit-warden, u-block-origin and stylus installed (but they shouldn't be running on the 'new-tab-page' - is my firefox sync-profile containing some firefox-breaking-errors? (latest Win-11)

Just the last couple of days I can no longer browse through the images of an ebay item. the first image loads but the arrows or the thumbnails yield no movement, and I can't use the contact seller button either. No other website is effected, I am using the latest Firefox with Ventura on an imac. It all works if I use Duck duck and go? All very strange. Tim

Spectrum recently updated their email systems and Firefox can no longer be used to check Spectrum webmail email accounts. I used to be able to go directly to the webmail but now they make you log into your Spectrum account to get to the email accounts and there is something about Firefox that is not up to their security standards. I am running Windows 7 with the latest Firefox that will work in 7. I am also running the Brave browser on Windows 7 and that works with the new Spectrum system. I prefer using Firefox over Brave so could you please correct whatever deficiency exists in Firefox to make it compatible with Spectrum webmail?

FYI, Firefox on my Windows 10 machine has the same issue.

My bookmarks suddenly disappeared. I tried to use the troubleshooting guide for "My Bookmarks have Disappeared" bold textbut when I click on <Manage Bookmarks> step nothing happens. Also, when I click on the star to make a bookmark, nothing happens.

The connection is that i clicked on what i would call an investment solicitation from an Outlook email i received from Eunice.io

There are a few clickable hot-links in my email that return same error code. when I start the browser, alongside homepage, it opens a new unknown page (which I've never searched and opened myself before) with extremely obscene content. for example https://playafterdark.com/click? thanks god, my children haven't seen it yet how is it possible?

I retired an older desktop unit several months ago and am no longer able to access the bookmarks associated with my account. My profile information now says account disconnected, followed by my email address. Below that the words Profile 1 appear. The menu below is the regular menu for actions on Firefox but none of the bookmarks from the original computer appear. Is there some way to access them?

Last week I went to my Firefox browser, my main browser for years, only to find the background is a disturbing pink and all my bookmarks are gone. What happened to change my data and page...did I do something to choose a new format?
