After Firefox updated, I can no longer access www.apple.com. This is the error I get now:

Blocked by X-Frame-Options Policy

An error occurred during a connection to idmsa.apple.com.

Firefox prevented this page from loading in this context because the page has an X-Frame-Options policy that disallows it.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank You.

I'm using Firefox 77.0 (32bit) as my default browser with Windows 7 My problem today is that I am unable to login at this service: http://iptv-north-west.com/webplayer/ ...although I have been able to login there previously with Firefox and I can still login there today using various other browsers (specifically Opera and a browser that arrived uninvited from Avast that I haven't bothered uninstalling yet). I can also login on an old Windows XP PC using an elderly Firefox there. It's annoying to see all these other browsers working as usual - but not my up-to-date Firefox 77.0 - which is my longstanding browser of choice.

I recently updated from an older version of OS X to 10.15.5. This has happened numerous times and I am trying to figure out if there is something I am doing to cause it. I am on a Mac PowerBook Pro. I can have several Firefox windows open and something I do by moving my "mouse" (the trackpad) from right to left deletes all open windows and resets to my home page, essentially like I have just opened the app. Firefox doesn't quit or anything, it just wipes out all open windows which is very annoying. As it is a trackpad and I am moving my finger across, I am wondering if my thumb is doing something inadvertantly. Is there a "movement" or something that is causing this? Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated.

Under Privacy and security I check to ask save logins and passwords. When I close FF and reopen the box is cleared and I need to recheck it every single time. Only happens on one computer

I am having an issue with not being able to make a payment on a specific site: www.walmart.com since upgrading to Firefox 76/77.

I am using:

Windows 7 on desktop PC

When on Walmart.com with items in the shopping cart, I have the option to "proceed to checkout." This usually loads a new screen in the same tab - not a pop up box.

This time, however, I only got a white screen with continually spinning circle.

Attempted fixes:

Verified with Walmart that they could indeed access my checkout Verified that I could access the checkout in another browser, Internet Explorer Tried turning off enhanced tracking protection cleared cookies Disabled ad blocker Unchecked Block Pop Up windows re-checked Block Pop Up windows and created exception for www.walmart.com Upgraded to Firefox 77

None of the above had any effect.

I have no Add-ons to disable. I'm running a pretty basic system.

I was finally able to make my purchase on a different computer that was still running Firefox 75. Thus, I have narrowed the problem down to the upgrades of Firefox 76 and beyond.

I was also able to make a purchase on a different site using Firefox 76, but I don't recall if that site needed to load a new screen for checkout. Still, www.walmart.com will not cooperate. Any ideas what else could be blocking this particular site?

On saturday our global sertificate expired and we renewed it a bit late. Now Firefox users cant visit our site, seeing this error message.

   Secure Connection Failed. 
   Please contact the server administrator or email correspondent and give them the following information: Your certificate contains the same serial number as another certificate issued by the certificate authority. Please get a new certificate containing a unique serial number.
   
   Error code: SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL 
   
   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. 
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Unfortunately the only way to fix it we found is deleting the whole profile, deleting the sertificates themselves does not work for us. It is very difficult for our users to do it. Can you please help us with this problem?

This just started after Windows 10 update KB4551762 installed. Firefox 75 still browses OK, but will not download any application installer files. Another Firefox-based browser (Palemoon) suddenly has the same problem. Non-Mozilla browsers (Opera/Chrome) continue to download application installers OK from the web. Tried refreshing and reinstalling Firefox 75, but that does not fix the problem. I suspect the Windows 10 update rather than Firefox, because the latest Firefox in a Linux system works OK.

When I use Zendesk (my company's chosen support ticket solution) it is disabling my ability to right click in any other open tab/window. When I close Zendesk, close Firefox, and reopen all the other tabs/sites besides Zendesk, my right click function is restored.

I have no clue what the Zendesk site is doing that is causing this, but I'm wondering if Firefox has a way for me to disable that for the Zendesk site, while still being able to use it's functionality.

I have a problem that has been driving me nuts for the better part of a year. All of a sudden I can only see one tab preview on the windows taskbar (Windows 10). The strange thing is I have the exact same install (I copied the profile files) on two virtual machines. One is Windows 7 Pro, the other Windows 8.1 Pro. I have the same issue on the Windows 7 machine, but on the Windows 8.1 machine it works as it should. I have added images to show you what I'm talking about. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Every time I download a new release of Firefox (win64 german), I check the downloaded file at virustotal and check the hashes published under http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/<Version>, e.g. http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/78.0.1/SHA256SUMS Up until release 77.0 the hashes matched but for 77.0.1 and also the current release 78.0.1 the hashes do not match, neither SHA256 nor SHA512. For "win64/de/Firefox Setup 78.0.1.exe" the SHA256 hash should be 56cff68e3f0cb76a6404d675f7e1bacc40ebaba7bbb5cadcb4950378656ab0a6 but the calculated hash is 8e69755f257aba44b6bbe5079e17f3bff8b62ddc27de9e1c479686e9ad871dfb When checking at virustotal, the file is recognized as scanned before and the displayed hash is the one I calculated, so at least my downloaded file is equal to the file other persons downloaded. Could it be that since v77.0.1 the published hashes are incorrect?

Installed Firefox 75 and then 76 on Windows 7 embedded (32 bit) on a thin-client. No errors. When I press the letter "t" on the keyboard it refreshes the page. I have tried this on several input fields on this specific webpage and it has the same outcome. This only happens if I use a lowercase t -- shift-t and T (using caps-lock) does not refresh.

This occurs on a specific page on my internal network. I reproduced this on 3 computers running the same versions of everything. Reinstalled windows and Firefox and same problem.

Another Windows 7 computer running Firefox 56 does not have this symptom so my next step was installing Firefox 56 which worked. I installed each version incrementally until I found where this started - version 64 works fine, version 65 refreshes when I press "t".

I am so confused.
