I'm trying to help my wife install firefox on her desktop computer, which is right next to mine. Her MAC has an operating system Big Sur version 11.5.1. with 8 g of memory.When I did it sometime ago, it was easy. Now I'm confused as to how to proceed.

i'm using peppermint 1.0 with Firefox browser 113.0.2. my bank says i need to upgrade to FFox 115 Linux. I can't access accts til i upgrade. i can't find 115 nor does the system auto upgrade like it says using the "about firefox" ... this is as far as i can get. suggestions, anyone? here's a screencap. Gosh, the thought of returning to Windows makes me very uncomfortable. I see lots of folk are having this sort of problem.

When trying to sign into a sweepstakes like HGTV Sweepstakes, the website will not show the "Fill-in the Blank" area to insert my email address. This happens in all the sweepstakes that I try to enter. If I use Microsoft Edge, the Fill-In Blank is there, but not when I use Firefox. It will work on my laptop in Firefox, but not on my desktop.

For a few months now I've been having issues uploading firmware files to my QNAP server's website. I was trying to update the firmware, but it wouldn't allow the file to even be uploaded. Would just get a general "error" with no help.

This past week a started having issues with 7digital.com not allowing me to download zipped music files. It kept giving an error about the oauth token not being passed through. (Error: Authorization failed for method <GET> and URL <http://media.geo.7digital.com/media/user/download/release>. Missing oauth_consumer_key)

Finally figured out that this is only happening in Firefox, Brave browser and other Chrome based browsers don't have the issue.

I've tried turning off the tracking and download protection in settings, but it didn't help. So, what's causing it?

Hi How can I find and merge duplicated bookmarks in "Other Bookmarks". I've looked at some answers on the web but none seem to say anything about merging within a folder

After updating to Floorp 11.17.3 (based on Firefox ESR 128), all my pinned tabs now scroll with normal tabs. So, if I have enough tabs open that I need to scroll to see them all, my pinned tabs scroll to the left and go out of sight. Before update they were always in place, and only unpinned tabs were scrolling. Is there a way to make them stationary again?

I had to uninstall firefox due to an error. I kept receiving an xulrunner error when I tried to open Firefox. I researched this and found that uninstalling the app fixed the issue. However, I have lost all of my saved passwords. Is there any way I can get them back?

It worked fine until an hour ago. I have tried restarting twice. Each time it works once then stops working. I have tried the about:config route and it didn't work. (It says "true"). Hope it can be fixed! If not I'll be going back to Chrome.

When I as a screen reader user will try to adjust the buttons in the settings for the firefox toolbar, my screen reader is totally silent. I not can use the tab-key on my keyboard to jump from setting to setting.

Do the following: 1. Open Mozilla Firefox. 2. Press the left ALT key to open the menu bar. 3. Use the right arrow key to navigate to the "View" menu. 4. Press the down arrow key. 5. Use the down arrow key to navigate to the "Toolbars" submenu. 6. Press the right arrow key to open the "Toolbars" submenu. 7. Press the up arrow key until JAWS says "Customize Toolbar..." 8. Press Enter to open the screen where you can customize the toolbars. 9. Now, my screen reader is completely silent - nothing happens when I use the Tab key or arrow keys to navigate on the setting screen.

Is it possible for you that you can take a look on this issue?

I have tested with both the free screen reader NVDA (in the latest version on the time I write you), and the paid screen reader JAWS for Windows version 2024.

2. Another question - Is there an easy way to access the toolbars in Mozilla Firefox with screen readers (the toolbars contain buttons like reload, Firefox menu, Extensions, and more)?

When I press on the tab-key, e.g. when I stay on the address bar, my screen reader not read information about if I am on a toolbar or if I am on on the website I visit.

I have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox installed (version 129.01). My operating system is Windows 11 64-bit.

When I'm on YouTube I can hear everything just fine. When I go to Chaturbate I have to turn the volume up to 100 and then I can only barely hear any audio. Can you help me fix this please? It might be something very basic that I'm missing, but how do I check volume settings for a specific website? Or is the problem something else? I appreciate any help you can give me. I'm unable to watch videos on Crunchyroll. When I try to watch a video, the video becomes a static image of one frame. When I switch tabs and come back to the video, or hit refresh, it changes to the latest frame of the video but freezes once again. I have the latest version of Firefox and am using a Macbook. Per suggestions I have found online, I have tried disabling all my extensions, deleting my cache, deleting the Firefox folder in my ~/Library, making sure DRM content is enabled, and uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox altogether. Nothing works. Was hoping to switch over to Firefox since Google Chrome has banned ublock origin, but I keep running into these obnoxious video problems. The same issue also happens on Amazon Prime Video, but only when I press full screen.

Some commercial sites will not accept my credit card payment because they say my browser is out of date. Many other sites are accepting and processing my orders. How do I rectify this problem?

I used to firefox browser to read e-books but in editting as highlight any word in book you can't select it again via Cursor to copy it when you saved file.

I want to change this because we want quickly to select any word and copy it but highlight prevent us to copy words if we saved before the highlights on file.

And I wish you had supported EPUB file type to open It on browser like PDFs type.
