How can I allow Firefox to access the site?

I recently re-installed FireFox after I suddenly had problems that the profile folder could not be accessed. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it using the download from Mozilla website. This fixed the profile issue. I am using the latest version. Now, I find that most of the time, cnn.com won't load: I see messages on the bottom left corner that it is connecting to all sorts of web sites, in particular it tends to get stuck on "Sending request to signal-metrics-collector-beta.s-onetag.com" . I don't know if it eventually loads, I give up after about 1 minute. In Chrome, cnn.com loads instantly. In Firefox, BBC.com loads instantly. Microsoft.com loads instantly. I have installed the same extensions as before. I started FireFox with all of them turned off, no difference. As I mentioned, it does not load MOST of the time - once in a while it loads instantly, but later on the problem reoccurs. >What is wrong with FireFox and why won't it load CNN as quickly as before? Now and then, I'm able to log in successfully. lately though, I'm having trouble logging in using Firefox browser.

This is becoming very frustrating. What could be the issue? What do i need to do to resolve the problem?

Pandora tries to start, but it bounces from artist to artist without playing. Never had this happen before. Pandora suggests there is an overzealous ad blocker at work. Can you help?

Sinne yesterday night my Firefox don't work anymore. The online thing i can get is this : bp-fa8b47ab-4fb5-42de-ae52-3a3620250817 I think this the Failurecode. I tried everything, like clean the Cash, set the Proxy to non use, the clean up Option everything. I deinstall it and install it new, but the Problems still exist. The only Change is the Failurecode. The new one is : 6f317949-b419-45cc-a9ea-27e0052ee481 Any other Browser also didn't work, like Edge or Opera. The start but doesn't load any Seite. All of a sudden when i sign in to Amazon I get this box: Windows Security: Please sign in to amazon .com: This request comes from Firefox.........: Never asked for it how do I turn it OFF?? I have no2FA in either Amazon or Firefox but all of a sudden i need to enter a Security Code.

we are observing big issues with mozilla firefox.

Few weeks ago it was impossible to use amazon with it.

Amazon support recommended us to not use the anti virus anymore, which was very strange. but it did not help.

After I add the antivirus addon to firefox it started to work. Unfortunatelly just for few weeks.

Actually we receive the following error and cannot browse or do anything Fehlercode: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

We have tried follwoing without success: - clearing cache - using problem investigation of firefox below button "help" - deinstalling and installing - installing the beta version

already after installation of firefox where normally terms and conditions to confirms shall appear we get the failure Fehlercode: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR nd the content cannot be downloaded.

Hence Amazon does not work below google neighter and firefox is the only way o use amazon, we will appreciate your help.

Like many, I have Windows 10 and cannot upgrade to Windows 11 without purchasing a new computer. I don't want the upgrade as my desktop computing needs are simple -- checking email and occasional online research. I am looking at 0patch as a solution to Microsoft discontinuing support for Windows 10 and want to know if Firefox will operate compatibly with 0patch providing security patches instead of Microsoft.

I'm not a technical person, so please keep replies simple. At 80 it's tough to keep up with all the changes! Thanks.
