Okay, we had a power outage while my computer was on. When I rebooted, everything worked but Firefox. The sites would come up, but the keyboard would not work. (It worked on every other program.) So, I "reset Firefox." In that process, it made me add the Webroot extension. Now, my new tabs folder is all wrong. It is full of ads. It does not have my regular new tabs. And when I click on facebook or amazon, it does not take me where I want to go.

How can I sync my laptop new tabs to my desktop?

Or, how can I restore my old new tabs on my desktop?

I recently had to do a hard reset on my Windows 11 PC. When I reinstalled Firefox, tried to retrieve my bookmarks, they are not there. Is there anyway to retrieve those book marks from 6 months ago?

Hello, my wife recently broke her computer, so I bought a new one and gave her my old one. Yesterday she deleted a lot of my bookmarks, which are no longer available on my account. Is there any way to retrieve them?

Hello! I had to change my laptop for work and there were very important settings, passwords, etc., which I successfully restored on new devices. I forgot my password and had to reset it via email, after which I can't sync. I don't have visited tabs or anything else. Please restore my account history. I was not aware of the data being cleared when resetting the password.

hello how do i recover firefox bookmarks and passwords from win 10 computer that failed motherboard hard drive ok . and put them on new win11 computer i did not have a firefox account on old drive or sync setup but i can access files on old drive.

Today I tried to open Firefox, but no matter how I tried it didn't work. I uninstalled Firefox completely from my computer and reinstalled it. However, when I tried to sign in and sync my profile with all my saved passwords and history, it went to a default mode I think, and I can't see any of my saved passwords. How do i recover my bookmarks without having to get them all back manually? Super annoying. Btw this new browser sidebar is terrible and unnecessary please tell your boss to get rid of it

Hi. While clearing my browser history the other night some of my bookmarks also got deleted. I understand once browser history is deleted it cannot be recovered, but is there any way a deleted bookmark can be recovered?

Hello, I'm a few weeks late signing back into my Mozilla account after deletion email called for the last day as June 10th. Considering I travel alot for work, I didn't sign back in until now. all bookmarks have disappeared along with my passwords. how do I get them back? previous answers haven't helped. before that, I would have trouble playing video and audio together, if I turned the audio off the video would work then when I turned the audio back on the video stopped. I am about ready to delete Firefox and use another browser.

I don't think I chose the right topic, but here goes. With every Firefox update, my bookmarks and everything always seemed to merge into the new update. My computer rebooted with updates today, and I get into Firefox to find that NONE of my bookmarks made it this time.

Everything is empty, and I don't have a backup anywhere because I didn't expect this. Yes, I know - always back up everything but honestly, I haven't had time.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Are my bookmarks hidden somewhere?

I have a lot of stuff for research for writing stored in my bookmarks, and I can't lose them.
