Dear Firefox Support Team,

I am writing to report a problem I'm facing while trying to install the "sconnect" extension on my Firefox browser. This extension is required for accessing national digital certification services in Oman.

I am attempting to add the extension from the official portal: idp.pki.ita.gov.om. When I try to initiate the installation from this page, it fails to add to the browser. I have already ensured that my browser is up to date.

This extension is essential for me to access important government and educational services, including those from the Ministry of Education (moe.gov.om).

Could you please provide assistance or guide me on how to resolve this issue and successfully install the "sconnect" extension?

There are many Recommended extensions that are doing so very shady things (collecting user data that shouldn't be necessary for the task the extension is doing, storing user data, sharing data with less then trustworthy 3rd parties, using bullying tactics to get people to subscribe and so on). Many of these extensions change their privacy policies or their monetization practices after you've given them a Recommended badge and you then blissfully continue to suggest the extension after these changes.

A week ago I got a BSOD that ruined the settings of most of my extensions and some of the Firefox's settings (at least it erased my custom findbar.matchdiacritics value, but most likely not just that). After that I moved Firefox's folder and re-installed it. Extensions were also reinstalled.

Before that, Firefox would ask the primary password only when I open it or when I try to reveal a password in the password manager. Now it may (or may not) ask the primary password before an autofill or even for no apparent reason. How can I get back the old behavior?

I tried to set signon.masterPasswordReprompt.timeout_ms to 0, but it didn't seems to help.

Hi, Browsing my domain Empatidius as search word and it comes up as Domain Parked. I´ve checked with my domain host providor and all their settings are just fine. When search using other browsers as google etc. they do not show any "domain park" information.

so, can you tell why firefox and goduckgo show this?

And, yes. I have cleard cockies etc etc.

Is it possibile to change horizontal or vertical size of the main firefox window using mouse? Now I am able to open only one size between the maximum and minimum. Why? Mary

after reinstalling the OS, Firefox stopped synchronizing most of the data. Bookmarks were not transferred, and passwords and extensions were transferred less than half

Is Firefox blocking my access to certain websites? for example www.rt.com I'm able to access using a VPN which suggests Firefox is restricting my access.

I keep getting what appears to be notification (of news items?) popping up in the lower right hand corner of my screen. Is this a function of Firefox and if so can I disable it?

I don't remember signing up for Microsoft OR Mozilla. but I've been using Firefox for years. I have Microsoft, which may be [edited] @gmail.com, as I changed it from that to [edited] @gmail.com years ago, and haven't logged in for years.

I want to play wgt.com Golf. Every way after 'play' blocks me and since your update I can't get in to play. You haven't answered any of my several inquiries!
