I have attempted to remove this with Microsoft Defender, SuperAntiSpyware and Trend Housecall but none of them work. Can you help me?

The Gmail page has me already logged in, and I DID NOT provide my password! This has to be a big security risk. If some one were to use my computer, or it was stolen, they would have complete access to my Gmail and all Google properties! OS - Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) Kernel v6.1.0-42-amd64 Firefox v147.0.1 (and MANY previous versions)

Lately, I have been noticing that new Firefox browser windows (not a new tab, a new window) have been opening seemingly randomly on me. The sites in these new browser windows are always commercial in nature and seemingly random in subject matter. I am not aware of having clicked on anything that would cause the new browser windows to open. I need to know how to block this from happening; I am unable to figure it out in the various Firefox Settings.
