bI was charged 38.98 , 28.98 on my card and I want it back I never authorized it never agreed to it this site was supposed to be free . No one said otherwise so if it's not returned I'm going to my lawyer . I'm on disability I get 800 a month I certainly am not agreeing for you to do this to me when I didn't authorized or agree to it !

Hi, I use the Firefox Developer Edition for Windows Desktop (112.0b4 (64-bit) on daily basis. When I play the Udemy DRM content nothing goes wrong first and the browser loads the page well. But after some time passed I see that Firefox stops to load the page and the tab spinning infinitely. Pressing the realod button doesn't help. The only solution is to restart the browser. I use no-proxy setting. The refreshing of the browser didn't help either. I have configured the following options in the "about:config" but it didn't help as well: network.dns.disableIPv6 : true network.dns.disablePrefetch : true network.http.http3.enabled: false

When I'm using the kayosports.com.au video streaming service website on Firefox (version: 110.0.1) the right arrow button to navigate the media content shelf rows does not register when clicked with the mouse. Previously I was using version 109 of Firefox and the same bug was happening with that version as well.

When using the kayosports.com.au website on other Web Browsers like Brave the right arrow button responses just fine when clicked with the mouse.

I'm using Windows 10 21H2 on Desktop

Browser is FF Nightly 112.0a, but this is probably a bug in stable FF, too. "Always ask you where to save files" is checked, in preferences. Like title says, the "last download location" is stored, and works for downloading files, and downloading a SINGLE item in Tools\Page Info\Media (Ctrl-I), but if multiple items are selected (in Page Info\Media), folder opened will always default to set location, instead of last download folder.

There used to be an icon just to the right of the star (for creating a new bookmark) on the address bar that when clicked gave a drop-down bookmark menu. For some reason it disappeared and I cannot seem to get it back. All I have been able to do is go to settings => bookmarks to get a list of bookmarks, which, however, doesn't have the bookmarks organized into the sub-categories I once had. How can I get that icon back on the address bar? I don't want to add on a bookmark bar or tool bar.

When deleting emails in my Outlook account n one of the firefox tabs, if I click a little too fast it suddenly opens a new window with the next email in the list. I have firefox set to open tabs, not new windows. And I cant see any setting that should be making it open a new window when clicking delete. Its never done this before till recently and its very annoying.

Looking for a solution to either completely disable this menu icon or at least stop Firefox from focusing on it when I press the tab key to navigate between results.

heya i know this has come up a lot over the last 10+years as it happens then i find a fix then a year goes by and it happens again so i'm asking because i need to remember how to fix. running latest version (111.0.1) it is NOT fixed by clearing cookies and cache data it is NOT fixed in troubleshooting mode it is NOT fixed by turning off all extensions

it WORKS in brave and edge.

i can get to this link, https://outlook.live.com BUT when clicking on 'sign in' it then goes to the white blank page.

After using the browser and closing it, Firefox continues to run in the background and hangs in the task manager, despite the fact that the browser is not running. We have to manually terminate processes. Strange behavior!

Every time I use Firefox instead of saying United States at the bottom it's United Kingdom. How do I change this to show that I'm in the States rather than in the UK? I'm using the latest version for Windows 10 which is Version 111. There are sites that are blocked due to it erroneously showing that I'm in the UK not the US...

I have installed the Multi-Account Containers add-on. When I right-click on a link on a page, I am missing the Firefox Multi-Account Containers element shown in the Multi-Account Containers KB article (see attached screenshot KBContextMenu.png).

My context menu looks like the attached screenshot MyContextMenu.png.

1. Has the Multi-Account Containers add-on been updated, and the KB article needs to be revised?
2. Is there a setting that I need to do to show this context meny element?

When I open "Extensions" (about:addons) by clicking the Extensions icon, I want it to start on my own extensions, not Recommendations. How can I make "Extensions" open to the actual Extensions tab? Or can I remove the "Recommendations" tab entirely?

I already saw [to remove 'Recommendations' tab in about:addons]. But about:config

 extensions.htmlaboutaddons.recommendations.enabled = false

only removes recommendations from the Extensions tab. And adding

 extensions.getAddons.showPane = false

does not work, the Recommendations tab is still there.

Hi, I received this error message today-- error: platform version '111.0.1 is not compatible with minVersion >= 111.0 maxVersion <= 111.0

I tried restarting my machine. Same error so I tried to do a refresh of Firefox and I got the same error before the refresh started. So I tried to uninstall and it won't unistall...gets the same error message.

Any ideas? Thanks Amy

If I want to do a 'clean' install of MS Windows - Windows 11 Pro v 22H2 (Build 22621.1485) - where are FF's sttings stored & how do I restore them after the re-install?

i used jeffersonscher to get all my tabs back from by old session but i restarted my pc and the session store jsonlz4 file got changed with a new one that didn't have all the tabs i previously had on it. When i did the restoring my jsonlz4 file was at 1:08am but when i accidentally restarted my pc it now is saying 2:31am and all the tabs that i have restored so far are on it but not the ones i haven't restored are not.

So is there a way to be able to get that old jsonlz4 file back so that i can restore all the tabs that i used to have.

Please help.
