Hello, First my Q, then a comment. My bookmarks all show the same date. I can't find what I was going to use for work today because I can't find it in the bookmarks. This has happened frequently, more than not. Please help. On another note, I had said the YouTube commercial blocking wasn't working, but it is now on my Mac OS after changing some settings. Now I'd like to do that on my iphone 11 if possible. I can't seem to open settings the same way. Thank you.

Every time I open Firefox, the checkbox next to "Opening links in tabs" always disappears, even though I've checked it in previous sessions. How can I make it permanent?

I use Firefox on the Linux Mint operating system.

I get REAL tired by the amount of resources Firefox eats up with each open window. For whatever reason, having multiple windows open prevents Facebook from loading. I'll get 1 story and a "shorts" bar but THAT'S IT. Even clicking the story to rate or comment does nothing. If I start to delete windows; it will decrease the memory usage and then it will open.

However, I DO NOT WANT TO CLOSE MY WINDOWS IN ORDER TO OPEN FACEBOOK! Firefox should not be eating up that many resources. The open windows are of text and/or picture archives. There is no sound or video playing in the multiple windows open. My system literally has 128 gigs of ram memory so it seems very odd to me that Firefox is using between 11-13% with nothing running in the 15 windows I have open.

Hi folks, I restarted Firefox today on my Macbook and now the Restore Previous Session option is no longer working. I've tried the Sessionstore fix described here https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-restore-browsing-session-backup but it is not doing the trick. I've used it multiple times in the past and it has always worked up until now.

I've since opened a couple of new tabs and then shut Firefox down to see if the Restore Previous Session will bring those particular tabs back. However the Restore previous session remains greyed out. I suspect it may be to do with the latest update to 149.0.2. I downloaded and installed that two days ago, but only restarted this morning so I think the update would have been done then. Are there known issues with this update, and is a fix coming? Recently (within the last month, March 2026) when pasting links into emails on Microsoft Outlook online a pop-up window appears which prevents you from continuing typing unless you manually click on the window with your mouse cursor (hitting enter isn't sufficient). This is extremely aggravating and significantly slows down workflow. As far as I can tell, this issue only happens in Microsoft Outlook. I have ensured my Outlook settings aren't to blame, in part by failing to recreate this issue in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on the same account with the same Outlook settings.

I have ensured my Firefox is up-to-date (Version 149.0.2 64-bit).

It looks like others have had similar issues. Some examples follow.

I'm experiencing an issue with the latest Firefox update. If I refresh a link/page the browser "spins out" in a rapid endless refresh cycle. In some cases, I receive an error message, "too many requests," and in other cases, the browser "locks up" and quits responding at all.

Is this a known issue?

The AI overviews that I am used to seeing at the top when I ask a question have disappeared. I think it has something to do with the AI controls but I can't figure out how to turn that option back on in Windows 10 Firefox. The only video I found refers to Windows 11 and the screens don't match. Is this feature still available and if so how do I enable it?

I have no idea what is going on with Mozilla Firefox lately, but ever since the update to add the VPN has happened, (and I DO NOT use it), the response time for accessing any websites has gone into the toilet.

Ever since the last update of the Firefox program, I am frequently getting the "Server Not Found" message when I click on links online. If I switch browsers, the links work just fine so it is obviously Mozilla's problem and not anything with my "modem or router" as I am told int he "what can you do about it" message on this error. Mozilla needs to look into this problem and update whatever is causing the failure to link message.

Trying to install Firefox through ChromeOS Linux from the official Mozilla Page. I'm following all the steps, but the terminal is telling me that the key is missing and there is no PGP data available for it. If anybody could help me out, I'd really appreciate it. I attached a screenshot of the code when I try to install it.

bold textEVERY TIME I OPEN A NEW WINDOW IT CREATES A NEW TAB. IT CREATES A LIST OF TABS I MUST THEN CLEAR. HOW DO I CHANGE IT TO REPLACLE MY CURRENT WINDOW INSTEAD?

Recently I set up mTLS on my admin endpoint. I tried entering it as an API on the other website, and in Firefox it wouldn't work. But if I'd try to access endpoint directly it would work, and even save my certificate choice. In Chrome, everything works just fine with both direct and API access. It is not a problem of a website, nor the problem of the OPTIONS preflight, since both of those are configured correctly on my nginx.
