After the last update, I lost the toolbar bookmarks and passwords. After some time I was able to figure out how to sync them from my mobile. When I closed FF on my desktop, I lost the sync. Now I get an error when I try to sync. Your last update (using flawed AI, I presume) sucks and has rendered the browser I have used for years. I used your "help" page to recover once, but as soon as I closed the browser, it reverted to no bookmarks, no passwords. I don't want to use MS browsers because FF has served very well for years. Sorry but WTF are you thinking?

Hello Support, Every time I open Firefox browser I see this Google Pop-up to sign in. I want this annoying tracker pop up screen to disappear altogether. I see it on the upper right screen it's very annoying and I don't or use or trust Google at all. I've searched through all settings my search engine is DDgo I see no way of eliminating google pop-up. Why I'm I receiving this and how do I get rid of of it ASAP?

I use a Lenovo desktop computer that I have used along with the Firefox browser for about 3 years and never had any problems until now. For the past two days it takes up to a couple of minutes to for the Firefox browser to open a page. While the page is loading, I get at the bottom right corner of the screen "performing a TLS handshake." I vaguely understand this terminology but am not an expert on the subject. This "handshake" repeatedly occurs with all sites that I open daily with the Firefox browser. The pages usually open within a couple of seconds. Now it takes minutes and sometimes doesn't open at all. I have difficulty opening even the Firefox home page and when it finally opens, it is incomplete? Do you have any suggestions that might help me?

I must add that the internet connection from my provider, Eastlink, located in Nova Scotia, Canada, is by Ookla tests very slow, ranging from 40 to 55bps instead of the regular150bps or higher. I don't know if the problem is with my desktop or with the provider and the provider has not responded to my telephone request with any information that explain where is the source of the slow internet speed problem.

While testing the new profiles option with Firefox after loading containers while having Surf-shark VPN on my computer stop accessing websites. The conflict was resolved by reloading surf shark and then while attempting to remove new profiles not being used I deleted the original homepage/profile. Over 10yrs of bookmarks, passwords, and numerous pieces of data have been lost. I need that original Firefox homepage user account for my computer restored.

In the last few weeks, i cannot read my iCloud emails. It says things like"message cannot be downloaded now" or "cannot move to trash now", so the only way I can consistently read my emails, is to switch to my Google browser, which has absolutely no problem with the iCloud emails Why would this be happening?

I've followed all recommendations to fix that, but nothing works. Should I remove the browser, boot up, and download it again? Remove all my personal settings, etc? Also, I download my emails, I erase the unwanted emails, and suddenly, many copies of my previously erased emails show up after I get a new email. This happens with Gmail and Yahoo Mail. Please help me, this is driving me crazy and taking up my time. Gratefully, have a swell day! Isis

Over the last couple of months, Firefox has automatically added Favorites to my home screen. If I delete one of these another replaces it.

Where do I go to stop this?

After the last update, I have lost all of my bookmarks!! Why? I am really upset about this. Least of all, this is not acceptable. I had some really important websites in my saved bookmarks that I needed, now I am at square-one. I am not a happy camper. Leave our settings alone.....!! Now, is there any way to get our bookmarks back? What do we do? I really need help - any help, please...... Thank you.

The most recent update has caused an issue with LinkedIn. The problem only occurs with Firefox, not with Chrome or Edge. Do you know what it is? How to fix it? The profile photos are being overwritten with the name of the person and title.

In Firefox (up to date yes) when I embed a YT video to the forums I use, it comes up with an YouTube Configuration Error 153.

How do I fis this? YT embedded on Chrome & Brave etc play perfectly, but Mozilla always sends me to YouTube itself.

I get all other websites and I used to access couchmanagers.com on Firefox. But recently on about 90% of the clicks to this site I do NOT receive the "Current Auction" and "Chat" pages. What can I do to resolve this issue other than use another Browser. This site works fine on my Fire Tablet and everyone else computers and tablets.

Hi Mozilla. About once a day I will try to open a page on Firefox and I will just get a blank page with a red bar at the top. Often I will get a flash of the page only for it to disappear and I just get the white with red bar. Sometimes it happens when I click a link that opens a new tab. Other times it happens when I search using the taskbar (I use the Ecosia search extension). But honestly it just seems completely random. If I copy the URL into Chrome I'm able to access the website fine. I have tried disabling ad blocker and it doesn't help.

Please help.
