I have recently received a notice from Mozilla informing me that the Security Certificate for Firefox is set to expire, and if I do not update it, Firefox may develop issues and stop functioning. As I am not very tech savy, and do not understand the language, I do not know igf/how this will affect my system. It is set to update automatically. I have included a screenshot of the notice below. It seems lately that about 40-60% of the links I click on do not work while browsing on Firefox. Most of these are links from trusted sources, many from subscriptions services I'm paying for, and thus unable to gain access to. I will get an error message saying something like "secure setting failed," or something similar (see attachment). Is this something new added to Firefox for added security? And I read some solutions in the settings area, but it seems like most of them can't be bypassed. It's very frustrating because many of these links have valuable info or tools that I can't access. Firefox is blocking access to my yahoo mail trash and spam folders. The message says SSL_ERROR_RECORD_TOO_LONG. It refers to cow.hunt.forenenst.com as the problem. It says to contact the website. Does that mean cow.hunt... or should I contact Yahoo? Can Mozilla/Firefox help me? Should I try using Safari to access my Yahoo mail account? Should I contact Apple Support? Do I need to install some antimalware?
