why won't Firefox let me log into login.gov account? I get an error and don't get into my account however when I use chrome I get in immediately. I need Firefox to allow me to open my SSI account on Firefox browser. My friend who introduced me to Firefox said it works fine for him. I have waited 4 -5 year for this to improve. I need clear easy instructions with pictures to get this right. Please help me. I need simple and Firefox is getting complicating. Way over my head. Thank you ahead of time. I appreciate the support. Up until about six weeks ago, I could access a provider statement through a function on USAA.com bill pay service. I now see an empty pop up screen or an error message that the page is not available. I tried suspending use of the VPN without success, then tried another browser (Chrome) and the function is available. Is this a settings issue or something else? My preference is to use Firefox as a browser.

Works fine in Chrome. Right clicking and short cut ( CTR V) does not work. They both used to i have checked extensions, add On, refreshed and restarted the problem persists tried changing the setting ( config dom ..testing) nothing seems to work except Shift-Control V any ideas?

I can only see 2 emojis on my Facebook items. I used to see 5 or 6 This is a recent problem I can see them all if I use another browser Why is this, and can you fix it? I like Firefox.

the browser is to laggy and i think there is something wrong, I reset it, removed and reinstalled would cause be the cause of that knowing I don't that face that issue on other browsers

I do not seem to be able to connect using PureVPN. Their Helpdesk advise me to sign into Chrome or Edge, neither of which do I wish to do. I wish to stay with Firefox. However, I am also a 'recipient' of the latest Windows 10 (so-called) upgrades, so it may not be anything to do with you guys. Can you help, please? Cheers, Mike Courtnadge

Now, it seems to ONLY affect deviantart.com I can't get past entering my user name and when I do, by actually typing in my user name, it says the password is bad.

NOW, If I type over what shows as my user name, then it allows me to get to the password, if I type the password in over the dots, it lets me in.

Microsoft Edge works just fine with the saved passwords.

BUT I prefer to use Firefox Browser for nearly everything.

I have been trying to log in to a newspaper website for which I have a subscription. This used to work in Firefox without a problem, but for a while now I have been encountering the problem that when I open the website the usual options "Subscribe" and "Log In" are missing. The "Log In" option is available when I open the website in Microsoft Edge. I have attached screenshots showing the missing links.

I have tried troubleshooting and opening in Safe Mode to disable any add-ons but still without success. I am hoping that there may be a simple solution and would appreciate any help.

I am using Windows 11 and Firefox 133.0.3 (64-bit).

Do you have an ongoing inaccessibility issue with Consumer Cellular? With repeatedly unsuccessful attempts trying to access our online account and then calling them, they claimed that "Firefox will not download their website correctly." Why?

They repeatedly and heavily tried to steer us to use Chrome, which is not an option since Chrome is an excessive memory hog and Google is far too nosy. Consumer Cellular, as technical a company as it is, shouldn't have an incompatible issue with you. It is the only company we've ever been given this lame excuse. Perhaps they, like too many other companies, are in bed with Google.

J'ai un bug d'affichage quand j'ouvre INFOMANIAK MAIL sur une page Firefox. Le chargement de la page fonctionne , mais la page et entièrement noire. J'ai essayer de me connecter via GOOGLE CHROME ou EDGE et la page fonctionne normalement. Je suppose donc que le problème vient de Firefox. I have a display bug when I open INFOMANIAK MAIL on a Firefox page. The page load works, but the page is completely black. I tried to connect via GOOGLE CHROME or EDGE and the page works normally. So I guess the problem is with Firefox. Could you tell me where I can file a bug report? Thanks for your help, and good luck ☺

I can no longer log into twitch, it says my browser isn't supported.

Before you say anything: I have the latest version of Firefox, I have disabled all addons, cleared all cache and cookies, even tried a complete, clean re-install. I can log-in in other browsers, just not in Firefox. I have disabled enhanced tracking protection as well, didn't work.

Does anyone have an idea?

I do genealogy research and wonder why firefox won't work as Chrome? I'm trying to copy 1850 census record to Excel spreadsheet for research purposes. Seems this can only be done in Chrome. Firefox can you do this as well? I've not been able to do it. PS not really fond of Chrome but have to use it.  Any suggestions?  Thank you, Linda

I cannot demonstrate the AI receptionist on your browser. It works on Safari. I wonder if there is something I have locked down, that is preventing it from functioning. I need help.

I am unable to request support from Malwarebytes using Firefox in my Windows 10 computer, and so I have to switch to the Chrome browser instead. When I log into my Malwarebytes account and go to their web page at https://my.malwarebytes.com/overview and then click on "Contact Support", nothing happens. This problem does not happen in the Google Chrome browser. I tried clearing the cookies and cache, and that did not help. I have attached a screenshot of the Malwarebytes web page. What can I do to correct this problem? I will appreciate any response you can provide.
