Hey, I'm trying to port a game save file to and the game but when i access the save file it shows a Firefox logo on the left and when i try to port the file, it never works even though i follow all the instructions. Can anyone tell me how to change the symbol back to the normal white blank one please as i think that that is making it not work.

1)Why did my "thumbnails" to linked stories on my firefox homepage stop loading yesterday? Still not getting them.

2) I received a message a while ago that I need to update firefox or ti will stop working properly. My questions are: - when do I have to update by? - when Microsoft sends me a required update (almost every 3 months or so) they have to restart my laptop ... that wipes out my bookmarks. Will that happen with a the firefox update? That's why I've been reluctant to update.

I do backup and re-enter my bookmarks from a USB drive and reload them after a restart ... but then I also have to reenter passwords for several regular sites and it's a pain in the ass.

Hello all! Recently I have run into a problem when using the zen browser on my Fedora laptop that I have been unable to resolve despite my best efforts ... specifically, when I double-click on a web-site I have bookmarked and stored under "Bookmarks Menu" it does not come up unless I manually select a container to open it in. I am using Firefox sync so as to keep zen and firefox in sync in both my laptop and desktop and firefox on my Driod. I have reinstalled zen from scratch, I have signed out fo sync and tested, I have disabled my "Facebook Container" extention, and I have attempted to set a default container for the workspace I am in, but nothing seems to change the problem I am seeing.

Do you have any suggestions as to how I can simply click on on bookmarks and see the website without any further clicks [like I used to do up until recently]? Is there any additional info I can give you? Thanks for your time!!! - John C

I am trying to open my apps which were converted to rtf files by Microsoft. How can this be done without my permission? My attempts to retrieve them is being blocked, causing valuable time to be wasted. Can you assist with this problem???

Dear Support I have opted to use the Firefox browser mainly due to the provision of fixed “Bookmarks” on the left-hand side of the screen, not provided by others. However, I am experiencing lot of problems with Firefox , including: - Freezing pages - Images are not fully displayed - No internet connection at pick times - Hanging on certain pages - Delay opening various web pages - etc The above issues have become more prevalent recently forcing me to use Google Chrome. I have now learnt that when FireFox goes down due to one of the above issues, I have to switch to Google Chrome for access to the relevant pages and generally the WWW. I have no option but to abandon the failing FireFox, if the failures continue. Thanks Harry Elm London

I have have just come across this information and have no idea what add on it is referring to. I'm not one that uses much in the way off add ons. Here I am, 79 next month. I have only my desktop PC. I don't own/use a mobile phone, ipad or any other devices. I use my PC for emails and using the net for research, general information, buying products, ecards etc. I play a couple of games, Lovatts puzzles (3 games), jigzone, word wipe from Washington Post. If I have taken on/used an add on it was with limited knowledge and it certainly was not my intention to cause any problem. Does the block also mean that I am not protected from viruses or malware etc? Please let me know the outcome of your decision. Thanking you in advance. Hey all. I am having some connection issues with my secondary comp. Firefox 132.0.2

I recently moved and am getting my home office set back up. Nothing was changed during the move other than shutting down, unhooking everything and setting it back up at the new home. My secondary comp is used for live streaming various TV channels, Youtube, live radio broadcasts etc. Youtube, Google and Gmail loads and works fine. Several of the TV channels load the page but will not stream. Rumble, the two radio stations I listen to and our website host access page all give me the Server Not Found screen. It also fails to update Firefox. Also, my Thunderbird will not download new emails. Now here is the weird part. I can go to all of these sites on my main comp and everything loads and works fine. Any ideas? I have tried changing different settings but nothing makes any difference. I even disabled the firewall.
