Recently, my home page cannot be refreshed (or sometimes signed into). When I try, I get a screen that says BAD REQUEST. This has never happened before. Have you updated something that I am not aware of? Xfinity ia my home page, and they say it's nothing on their end. What can I do to rectify this situation? I tried Safari and don't seem to have the issue there, but don't want to leave Firefox for another browser! Help??

Let's be clear: there IS zero support for FF. WINDOWS version notwithstanding, computer manufacturer put aside, my ability to properly plug-in the system to an AC outlet assumed, FF is DEAD.

I have been waiting for an answer, over a YEAR, and the issue at hand is the very basis for using a browser.

One day/once upon a time, OVER A YEAR AGO, FF throttled DOWN from 300mbps to - as of today, Sept 7 24 - 1-10mbps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It also started blocking access to websites such as my local Home Depot.

I switched to BRAVE.

I have "contacted"/posted this eventuation on every and all sites I could find with NO/ZERO response, broaching help.

Manu Andino (Mozilla Support), was the ONLY response I got and, of course, there is NO/NADA/ZERO help from him at the inappropriately, fraudulently, deceptively named SUPPORT.

This horror story is integral to the current trend of not caring about customers, clients, users and/or repeat "business". There exists NO technically competent personnel, with or without understandable accents, due to big, dirty, corporations or entities' attitude, that employee salaries/wages is money pissed-away. There is NO customer "service" outside of the way a prostitute "services" a service-person, on shore leave, in a strange port.

FF is dead. I have buried it. It is a painful memory whose name does not deserve to be mentioned.

Greetings Customer Service @ Mozilla While attempting to Turn on Mozilla Firefox Extension to Intensify the Detection Technologies through my Kaspersky Premium Software, I received the following error message:

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to addons.mozilla.org. The OCSP response is not yet valid (contains a date in the future).

Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_FUTURE_RESPONSE

   The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
   Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I would appreciate any assistance or feedback on this to determine a solution for the problem!

A few days ago I got a popup notice of a Firefox update. I clicked to download the update and away it went. However, since that update was installed, Firefox crashes several times a day. I click on the 'Tell Mozilla' button and restart my session, but then it happens again. Am I the only one who is seeing this?

Hello, I have a problem with a news scrolling feature of blog after upgrading to the version firefox 128.3.1-esr. Before upgradeing, the wordpress blog's plugin, namely 'Vertical News Scroller' pulled up the news' titles by unite 5 in the side bar of the right top. That means news titles including links and short comments move upward slowly in the case of access to the blog, and visitors can see those titles, comments, and move to the real article through the link.

But now the plugin works not good. 2 or 3 titles moves upward, and then returns abruptly to the first news title, and that behaviour repeats again and agian. I have a doubt about any kinds of bugs in the version 128.3.1-esr or the above version, because in other browsers, for example konqueror (linux browser), the plugin works with no problem like earlier, that is to say, the news titles move up by unite 5.

I suppose that the plugin's actions work right in another browser(ms explorer, chrome etc). In the case of using other desktop I have no problem with that too.

So I want to know why this error happens. Does have the latest version of firefox(desktop) have bugs related to this plugin-failure?

I just tried to enter about 50 new contacts, but when I press "continue" an error message pops up saying "Some rows need your attention! You must include an email address to create a contact" I carefully checked every email and they all look fine. What to do?

Are there settings in Firefox that can solve the problem? Or is more information needed from me? I have been using Firefox for many years, and am reluctant to switch to another browser.

I have used Firefox for years. Suddenly, when I try to use it, it is replaced by yahoo.com. What is happening here?

Hi, For several months (maybe even up to a year) I have been unable to edit any existing appointments or events in google calendar while using Firefox.

I can open an existing event, make changes, but the Save button never works. It just stays on that screen.

I can switch to any other browser and it works as expected.

I prefer using Firefox but have tried to find a solution several times to no avail. I have also reinstalled several times.

Any ideas?
