I was trying to do something with my bookmarks yesterday and I must have pushed the wrong icon. Firefox then became unavailable. I'm 88 years old and not fully at home with computer language. I tried Chrome, but it's not available like Firefox.

i am using fox to open the zoom , but is not working

My iMac automatically updated to the latest version of Firefox and now Firefox won't open at all. I keep getting an error message about installing a helper tool. I tried both installing the Helper Tool and canceling (see attached image) with no success. Please advise.

yesterday my email wasn't opening links and then Firefox acted strangely so I cleared the cache. (I'm on windows 11) Today when I clicked on the app icon it created a shortcut instead of launching Firefox. What is going on? I have used FireFox as my default browser for the past 15 or more years and I don't want to switch to Chrome or MS Edge.

I was able to open Firefox by going to the app under settings - but that is not how I have done it before.

Any thoughts as to what is happening?

I have tried all suggestions from the "Firefox is already running..." page but could not fix the problem.

I don't know if this is a problem, but I have several profile folders (see image). The top one is empty, but two folders below that one, are 2 GB or more in size.

Should I delete some or any of them?

After most recent Windows 11 and Firefox updates, Firefox will not open on my PC. I thought I had managed to Refresh it today Troubleshooting Mode - got a "Success" message - but that message was overlaid with a box that wanted me to agree to terms and conditions, etc. and when I clicked the Continue button, nothing happened. So I had to close what little of Firefox was on my screen; got the Not Responding message, then the Close or Wait message (waiting is useless), so I hit Close and the error was again reported to Windows (big whoop). Should I uninstall Firefox and start over???? I have no clue how to save all my bookmarks and associated passwords.

Hello everyone, I tried to open Firefox but it just didn't open. Nothing happens when I click on my desktop icon. Tried as administrator, nothing. Tried refreshing, nothing. Reinstalling, nothing. The closest I got was after reinstalling but I still can't open any website or setting inside of the browser. Tried flushing the dns and also nothing. Pretty much out of ideas so if anyone has some advice it would be great, I'm running a HP laptop with Windows 10. Thanks in advance. Cheers.

Mozilla Firefox is very slow and even difficult to open.....I am using this browser since ten years and never had any problem....Please do the needful at your earliest...Thank a lot....RASIK MER

I cannot get into Firefox due to an error message that keeps coming up. Your Firefox profile cannot be loaded. It may be missing or inaccessible.

I have tried deleting and reinstalling it, but it didn't really uninstall completely. I have tried a few suggestions from online, which didn't work. I also tried right clicking on the Firefox symbol and went into some of the different options, but nothing worked for me.
