Hi, my location is Venezuela, and seems that I'm being blocked somewhere... I just want to confirm whether this is something on Mozilla's end (considering that their headquarters are in the US), or something on my government's end (since the ISP often blocks websites on orders from the state).

I can't sync my account or log in because of this, and generally, wherever the block comes from, they rarely give any warning. The main page loads normally; it's only the subdomains that are blocked, as far as I can see. For the record, this happens in Firefox for Desktop, and for Android too, wherever I'm on my home, using mobile data or using my office WiFi. This is not a browser error, in the capture u can see that the domains are solved correctly (even using the ISP's DNS), but u can't ping on the IP unless u turn on the VPN.

All Google services work fine for me, and I can't use a VPN all the time, so I'll have to switch to some chromium browser if this goes on too long (even if I don't want to).

I have websites I frequent like Youtube and my email set to 'remember me' so I don't log back in every time I open Firefox. Recently, for some reason, whenever I close Firefox I am logged out of everything, and if I open it again I have to log back in to all the services I use.

Settings I think may be relevant to this issue:

• Enhanced tracking protection is set to standard
• "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" is set to false
• "Remember browsing and download history" is set to true
• "Remember search and form history" is set to true
• "Clear history when Firefox closes" is set to false

I have not changed my account settings at all, and this problem has only cropped up in the past few days, leading me to believe it could be something to do with a new update? I'm no expert though, I just know this is driving me mad.

As of Nov. 12th, 2025 (Firefox Version 145.0 (64-bit)) entering full screen for a video reveals desktop/other program windows.

Tested with different websites, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and Hulu. Issue is consistent across.

In the images provided there are two sets, one full screen the other not. Set desktop background to bright green to highlight issue.

If it matters, using dual monitor setup (BenQ Mobiuz EX2510) both are 1080p 144hz side and issue occurs on both monitors.

Have already tested basic troubleshooting issues such as restarting Firefox and computer.

when printing a PDF in two side mode, the text is moved to one side, I assume to allow for binding the pages. However this function does not work correctly as some pages have the text moved to the incorrect side. I had to use MS Edge to do the job which is something I do not like to do.

Whenever my laptop starts up,firefox with all of my tabs always starts up with it. When i rose up earlier in the day and started up my laptop firefox with all my tabs opened up as normal,but this evening everything is gone. I had at least 20 tabs open and they were all important. There was no option to recover the tabs and this isn't the first time this has happened,this is at least the third time that this has happened after the last year and a bit. This is incredibly annoying and frustrating. Is there even any point in asking the community how this can be resolved?

trying to get into my website editing site - once i'm in, the particular page i want isn't loading. I've deleted cache, tried opening on Safari and it's still not working.

It works on my android phone.

Against my better judgement I download the latest update for Firefox, now my computer is a mess. Things like the row of saved sites between the search line and the space where web address shows is gone. I can find the web sites , but I want the line back. I don't understand ANY of your directions or support pages. I am old and can't keep up with technology any more - I'm about five years behind.

If I just uninstall the latest version of firefox will that fix it? Or will it uninstall ALL of firefox. And please don't give me long involved directions or I will just give up because I don't understand.

My history of sites visited is too big and when I try start firefox it loads 20 pages or more onto my computer screen and then stalls how do I stop this

Everything changed with last update. just today was able to get bookmarks back. Some still not working correctly, tool bars and theme are not correct either. unable to restore or sync to old settings. Please any advise? Toni

Using latest Firefox browser, when I open Google and want to ‘paste’ a word, it will not let me. Instead I get this default message, that I can’t delete. I can type anything I want, but I can’t ‘paste’ a word or words. How to fix please? HP desktop PC Windows 11 64 bit I see there is a 'new' (to me) AI mode icon in the 'same' search window as where you type on the 'right' of the search box. Maybe I just haven't noticed because I didn't have an issue before.

I have private browsing disabled on Firefox but there is a way to still use it via Ctrl +H , right click an item and there is dropdown of "open in private window" and it works. However I have no other way to open private windows since I blocked it. Also when I Ctrl+T in the private browser, it says this is disabled.

Therefore this option in Ctrl+H right click menu should not be there and I don't recall seeing it before. Maybe a bug with a recent Firefox update.

Does anyone know what has happened or how to remove this option?

I use Firefox as my browser. I have 3 BT e-mail addresses. I wish to delete 2 of them. In the drop down menu to sign into my e-mails it lists my e-mail addresses several times How do I delete the entries I don't need

When a PDF has been edited and needs to be saved again, the save dialog does not show the location of the current PDF, but rather the location where the last PDF was saved. I couldn't find a way to change this!

I have a <textarea> in a form that upon each read from firefox it keeps adding extra line feeds.

Chrome works line. It doesn't keep adding new line feeds. I just noticed this this other week. I'm on windows 145.0
