Hello. Firstly I have NO troubles accessing the internet via Firefox (my Default browser). My problem is that none of my "saved" websites (including those appearing on the Bookmarks Toolbar) will open on the internet when I click on them. If I type the internet address into the address bar, the site opens as normal. I do not have this problem if I use Chrome. The problem only commenced today following an update by Norton via Norton 360. I have attempted all the suggestions that Norton have supplied other than re-installing Firefox - and none of their suggestions have solved my predicament. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated to fix this most annoying problem. Thank you, Ron.

My desktop (WIN 11, fully updated) Firefox (reloaded yesterday) does not play well with Google's Blogger. I maintain an open tab on my Blogger account, but that SEEMS to cause freeze-up on all other tabs. THis morning I opened a tab and attempted to sign in to Blogger but a connection to Google never came through. However, when using Edge to open/use Blogger there are no problems.

I clicked on the Google icon and got a screen that said "Gak, that site just crashed" Has been happening periodically with other links. If I restart the computer the problem disappears so I can ask you for help Thanks

The "X" to close a website banner message is covered up by the vertical navigation bar on the right side of the screen in both minimum and maximum display modes. So the message banner cannot be closed.

My Firefox account is linked to both my Android phone and my Mac. However, I’ve noticed that some browsing history entries available on my Android phone do not appear on my Mac. Most likely, these visits were recorded before I connected my Firefox account to my Android device.

Both devices are running the latest version of Firefox, and sync is fully enabled. I also manually triggered a sync just a moment ago.

Could you please let me know how I can import or sync my existing browsing history from my Android phone to my Mac at this point?

For the third month in a row every, EVERY!!!, password I have saved to my Firefox browser have disappeared. Poof, GONE! For as long as I've used Firefox, 10-15 years, it had never happened before September of 25 Some of these password, prior to September, I'd had for years. Yes, I know I should change them over time, but I haven't. How do i recover them? I'm really Pi---d off. Help!

Used to be able to login into ml.com, now get "We're sorry, but we can't complete your request at this time. Please try again later." Tried clearing cache/cookies etc. Tried multiple days/weeks. I can login on Chrome. Merrill Lynch says it's a Firefox issue and seems uninterested in doing anything, like contacting Mozilla about the problem. So here I am.

Why is my Discord blocked? It's a completely normal site where I can talk to my friends and play with them but now I can't. Please unblock this site. I wanna interact and have fun talking with my friends.

144.0.2 firefox version has an issue with bookmarks keep, they keep dissapearing & i have to use firefox fix from uninstall option to restore. unable to use email links as it requests that i close firefox window before it can open links, when i do this all bookmarks are gone & i then have to start again. I'm running win11 25h2 with all updates done both chrome & edge are not causing issues

I'm no longer able to access my old computer, but I do have access to the hard drive. Is there a file that I can transfer to the new computer to sync all my previously saved passwords? I did not have a Mozilla account back then.

I am using the new profile switching feature in the UI, from top of the hamburger menu. Firefox is my default browser on Windows.

Now, I want all links I activate from other Windows programs to open in a specific profile. I use the other profiles for auxilary tasks.

Is there any way to achieve this?
