I want to delete just the recent searches or rather where it says duckduckgo suggestions, but I don't want to do it 1 by 1 (because that parts doable of google since it's 1 click on duckduckgo that differs) or just make it disappear but not delete. I just don't want them there.

Turning off "Show search suggestions" makes it disappear which isn't what I want. Is there a way to get rid of/ delete them in mass without just turning it off?

I can't login to my AARP.org account using Firefox, even after clearing cookies and site data. However I can login using Chrome. What is the fix for this?

My PC is new and using Windows 11 Home Edition.

Hi, it looks like Firefox pushed an update on September 19, and after that, all my tabs were closed, I got logged out of all my accounts, and it opened a new blank Firefox window. Is there any way to recover my tabs and data?

I was going to random name generator sites yesterday and I went to one that is called www.behindaname.com and it 'dropped' a web app into my firefox browser somehow. I am running version 143.0.1

Now, there is an icon in the taskbar, right in the address box between toggle reader view and bookmark this page. When you hover over it, it drops a popup message "add tab to taskbar".

In my Windows 10 menu, it shows under recently added on the start menu, as "behindaname"

If you right click on this and click on 'open file location' it opens a directory "C:\Users\Steve\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Firefox Web Apps" and in this directory is behindaname and under file type .lnk

If you right click on the recently added on start menu "behindaname", and select uninstall, it opens up the Windows 10 uninstall menu, but it isn't listed in there anywhere.

I would just delete the link, but since it is putting that icon on my taskbar and it is giving that target, it is hiding somewhere. I am just not up to speed on web apps and other browser malware, at least I consider it browswer malware, to know what is going on and how to completely get rid of it. Since Norton took over as default which should not have happened, I have been unable to make Frefox default even though it is marked as such. I go through the procedure correvtly, but it still gies back to Norton.

Ive notcied in the last few weeks that sometimes whn i open mozilla and try watch youtube the webpage loads but no vidoes will work. I have the same issue with my Trading212 website, it loads up but will not log me in or anything. I have never had any issues with mozilla before but now everytime i switch my pc off anf try to use Mozilla it just does not work. To get it to work i have to start the uninstaller for mozilla and go through the reload/refresh process which does work in allowing me to watch youtube vidoes and sign into my trading account but it seems super unesscary that i hav e to do this every time i want to go online, I really like Mozilla but if this continues I unfortunately will have to find another browser.

When I download firefox, the download automatically shows Bing as the search engine, even if I designate another search engine such as Chrome. I want to delet eBing from FireFox or I will have to use another browser,
