Doesn't matter whether I'm on laptop Macbook Pro or iMac...or iPhone...but it loads in Safari and Google Chrome? Site is fine...document artifacts are fine...but html sits with spinning wheel?

I was able to use it this morning from my macbook. But the afternoon I was on sites where my passwords usually fill but now everything is empty, everything had been deleted. I tried to log out and back in to mozilla and sync, but everything is gone. Over 100 sites and passwords. How this happened ? Where can i ask for help since Mozilla doesn't offer any.

recent update changed the bookmark menu background to black with black text, so it's impossible to see. No way of finding a setting to correct this display
