A few weeks or months ago, Firefox suddenly wouldn't save my browsing history for longer than approximately 1 month. This is odd, because I have history turned on. I use custom history settings and only have cookies and cache deleted every time I close Firefox. Also, it does not delete the history upon closing FF, but it's simply limited to round about one month back. I have played around in about:config before, so I might have touched something there and not noticed until later.

I use Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 11.

Any ideas what might be the issue and how I could solve it?

When watching videos, switching between my Bluetooth headphones and Mac speakers will cause the sound not being able to output correctly, the video will be seem muted. Sound output is fine when using other explorer and apps. Restarting Firefox will usually fix the problem.

I had this issue a few months ago but it then seemed to resolve itself. Now it's back.

I use passkey on a few sites like Google, Youtube, Hubspot... every time I attempt to use passkey on such sites Firefox locks up and I can't select anything on the page, a different tab. It just completely locks up and I have to restart it.

I always deselect cookies.

I don't have this issue on Safari so it is the only way I have to deal with this issue.

More frequently than I care to admit, I seem to close FF instances which I don't want to close (such as my connection to Whatsapp). I then miss important replies or questions. Of course I can reach out to 'History' and try to find the closed Tab or Window... But that takes time.

I'd suggest adding/removing a 'protection' flag to a tab (eg. on right-clicking), so that, on trying to close the tab, or close the window containing the tab, I get a warning...

Hello, I use Firefox Containers and, for better accessibility (I struggle with finding the right container as is), I would like to be able to re-order them alphabetically at least, if not also by color, icon, or other useful factors. Is there a way to do this currently? If not, is it in the works? If not, can you help put it in the pipeline, please? Best regards, Henry

I can log into my google account fine, but trying to watch videos on youtube leads me to just a grey wall. everyhting is infinitely loading!

And with twitch, just trying to log in is laggy.

My settings does not have an option to enable Firefox Labs so I can enable AI support.

• Firefox browser.preferences.experimental.hidden was set to true and I changed it to false with no change in results
• there is no "Firefox Labs" section in my settings anywhere and I've checked "General" and "Privacy and Security"
• toolkit.experiment is set to true
• browser.ui.experimental set to true
• labs set to true

Found redit discussion with the same issue, but no solution

According to this page the option should be in my settings, listed after "sync" and before "more from Mozilla."

I've attached an image of what my settings menu looks like. There is no option for the labs.

What else should I try/do?

Note: using Firefox on Desktop PC. Not a mobile device. My Firefox version is 130.2.2

I have Firefox notifications for X.com to still show on the desktop when the browser window is closed. It had been fine up until a couple of days ago and now it only shows notifications when the browser is open. I have push notifications enabled on X.com through Firefox, Firefox settings and Windows notification settings. All software is up to date. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have attempted to sign in to MyHealtheVet.gov 3 or 4 times over as many hours. Every instance has encountered the same message "Secure Connection Failed. This is the Verterans Administration website and find it hard to believe their website is not secure. I'm not a computer geek, far from it, hence utilizing this method of contact. I will visit a site, say engadget. Then I can open another tab, and I expect when I type en or eng or engadge that it'll autocomplete to engadget, but it won't. For some sites, it works, for others, it doesn't. I'm a developer and am used to figuring stuff out, but no matter what settings I change it doesn't consistently work. I use Firefox on all my devices but on this one machine, it doesn't work. I've triple checked the settings. I am this close to switching browsers, it's so frustrating. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using Firefox 137.0.2 on a MacBook Pro (M4) macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 . I just installed Multi-Account Containers, and have a question that's not answered in any support material I can find.

Before I installed Multi-Account Containers, I had several Firefox windows open, each with many tabs. For each window, I used "Bookmark All Tabs" to save that windows set of bookmarks in a separate Bookmark folder, e.g. "Weather Obs&Forecasts", "Reading_news", "Music & Language", "Reading_miscellany".

Is there a way that I can open a new window and open all the websites in a bookmark folder at once in a single container? (I have in mind making use of Bookmarks > Reading_news > Open All in Tabs .) Because opening a new window, opening a new tab in a container, duplicating that tab 10 times, and then using Bookmarks > Reading_news to open each of the bookmarks in one of those new containerized tabs was a real drag.

It seems like after an update I cant connect firefox to my plex server I did a browser clear and it worked temporally but it started again. But it will connect if i use Safari Please advise Seems to be a Http Https issue

~4/14/25 with very 137.0.1 & .2 Duolingo is unable to complete loading after sign-in. DUO owl just keeps marching - states Loading. Continues same for hour w/ o any progress. Clearing cache, reloading page or browser with same result. Sign-In then Owl marching saying loading. Works fine with Chrome. Worked fine w FF very prior to 137.0.1 64bit. Reported to Duolingo.

I have an Office 365 account through work and I'm using Copilot frequently. In Firefox I have a pinned tab for Copilot.

In recent weeks I've run into issues where the Copilot page stays essentially blank, i.e. the message field to enter text does no longer appear. The Office Toolbar still appears and when I switch to other Office365 sites like OneDrive and Home they work just fine. The problem only exists with the Copilot page. Refreshing the page does not solve the problem.

I found a temporary work-around by clocking on the lock-button in the address bar and selecting "Clear cookies and site data...". After doing this and refreshing the page it works fine again, but only for a while (like maybe the rest of the day). I don't know exactly what makes it break, but it seems like I have to apply the work-around on a daily basis almost.

Additional Info: I've been using this setup for at least a year and the problem only appeared in the last few weeks. If I open Copilot in either Chrome or Edge I don't have this problem (but I also don't want to use Chrome or Edge).

My search history has disappeared. View/history shows a blank page. If I select "history" from the menu, "recently closed tabs" and "recently closed windows" are grayed out, and "recent history" is empty. But I've been to a dozen or more sites today. What can I do to make Firefox record my history?
