For the last few days I am unable to access my yahoo email I have been using easily for YEARS. Now i am asked to verify my yahoo email w google and google will not accept the password for google that I have used for years. I am asked to create another google password. I do not want to use troublesome google. Help me out of this mess. I need to use my yahoo email.

In current version of firefox when attempting to log in to yahoo.com I get the error message from AT&T:

No error when using edge or chrome.

Hallo. ich habe den Adblocker deaktiert und entfernt. Trotdzem scheint er noch im Hintergrund zu arbeiten. Manche Webseiten fordern mich nach wie vor auf den Adblocker zu aktivieren. ich kann deswegen bestimmte Seiten nicht nutzen. Vielen Dank im Voraus für ihre Hilfe. Viele Grüße Gerd Christophersen

I have two computers. Both sign into the same Firefox account. Both instances of Firefox are the same version (134.0.1 64-bit).

On my main computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the first image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-42-57.png)

On the other computer, creating a new tab is set to Firefox Home (default), and clicking the "+" sign to create a new tab results in the recommendations appearing as seen in the second image (firefox_2025-01-19_17-43-57.png)

How to I get both instances of Firefox to do the same thing when creating a new tab, i.e. organize the recommendations like the second image?

When we are getting dates and time in history like Chrome? Random months and in those months, no days, no dates makes Firefox outdated.

Is Firefox not growing or everything needs to be highlighted? I have never highlighted anything to chrome yet it has done things that are worth it.

I changed operating system from Win 10 to Linux. Can I import the file or files from my Firefox on Win 10 to my Firefox on Linux? If so, where can I find them on the windows drv and what is the file called? Thanks for your help Ray

On several web pages, when i try to log into the accounts i have on those websites or account creations, when i try to click "Continue" or "Log in" or what ever may be the case to actually finish the process, the button will not actuate. I have tried on Microsoft edge and it works with no notable issue.(It just is slow because its Edge. lol) I dont have an adblock going of or anything of the sort that appears to be blocking the operation. Please heeeeeeelp.

I have downloaded the mozilla extension " screen recorder". After giving all permissions , the logo of this extension is not showing on my screen .SO, I am not able to use this extension facility. Please solve it. And also I have been blocked for accessing this extension owner' s website. THANK YOU. OM PRAKASH GUPTA

Hello! After the recent update, any text I insert remains without spaces and all words are written together. I disabled all extensions: no result. The problem did not occur in other browsers.

Hello to you up there ! I have Windows 11 - 23H2 up to date ! since 21/1/2025 each time I start Firefox (up to date 134.02 - 64 bits) I get a warning from Malwarebytes Browser Guard that blocks a outgoing request coming from Firefox via port 443 to the IP 82.221.136.1 ( = welcometothemachine.co …. what is that ?? analytics ? AI  ??) .... I am asking myself why is Firefox trying to go to that IP because I never did ask for something like that and how to delete the whole request every time now .... (CCleaner does nothing when used) ... bizarre bizarre behaviour yes ! Who can answer me. Can you please also answer me on geomar@scarlet.be because I would not like to miss the answer ? Thanks.

My firefox automatically updated on January 14th. Since the update, it opens with the tool bar above/off the screen, the left side off the screen, and it doesn't allow me to scroll. If I go the the firefox icon at the bottom of the screen and click close window, I can sometimes get it to re-open normally and then leave it open for the balance of the day. I am running windows 11. My wife and I are have the same issue right after the update. Is there a fix on the way or a setting I can change to fix this.

Not as important but I want to get away from all things google. Right now my firefox is tied to a gmail account. To be void of google, do I need to completely take firefox off my computer and re-install with a new email account or can I transfer the account to a new email?

I've been having a problem with FF for the last two weeks. At times downloads accessing web sites are slow or even get hung up. Usually reloading or refreshing the page fixes the problem. I tried a FF safe boot and things seemed to work better. I have had the same four extensions for quite awhile. Are there any reports of UBO causing issues?

There's a bug with Firefox 134.0.2. where I keep getting logged out of certain websites, even without clearing my cache.

Is there a possible fix in the works for this issue?

I downloaded a PDF and used Firefox to view the file. I'm trying to find key words in the PDF and I always get phrase not found. As a test I inputted a word I found in the document but find in page stated phrase not found. What am I doing wrong? I remember that I have used that feature in the past and it worked.

I'm trying to use a script which requires a question mark after the "dot com." I.e., if the url should be http://www.URL.com?custom_URL, it changes it to http://www.URL.com/?custom_URL. How to I keep it from changing the URL - and what is the point of jamming that slash in there in the first place?

This question relates to version 134.0.2 (64-bit). This morning I started Firefox and found that many of my bookmarks were missing. On trying to restore from the program automatic backups, I get the repeated message "Unable to process the backup file." On examination, the files, while not in ASCII, appear to contain ASCII text strings recognizable from the bookmark descriptions. They are not, at least, empty. Unfortunately, I do not have an HTML format backup. Any idea why none of the backups work or what options I have? Thanks in advance.
