So is that true that Firefox is consume more RAM than Chrome in this Ai era(2024)? & 2nd question is my deepin os Firefox is sometime crash and closed automatically! why & how to fix this non-sense ?

I deleted the site cookies and disabled tracking protection with no success, however, I was able to login in trouble shooting mode. I went back to normal mode but was still unable to login. Is there anything I can do to correct the problem?

I use Firefox as my browser but since yesterday I am unable to use it. Each time I click on the firefox icon I am directed to a French Microsoft browser - are you able to help?

In the most recent version of the firefox when I switch to full screen other displays go blank. I'm using firefox on a macbook and before updating firefox I had no problem.

is there any workaround to this problem?

I keep getting this message did not connect:potential security issue. I went to my credit union and they find no problem with their website and I am able access my account on their computer. This just came up Friday

The most recent update, has caused my firefox to not work properly. Firstly i noticed that it reset all my extensions and themes and now i have noticed that it has affected some sites i was storing data on, for example, i use a site which keeps a track of all the camos i have achieved for Call of Duty MW3. This has now been reset. These can all be redone, but it is something i shouldn't have to do, with an update, as it has never happened before with a firefox update. The way it has been going, i am sure i will find more errors with firefox. Hopefully something can be done, maybe not in this instance but in future "Improvements", as it is not a good user experience!

Can someone please help me to fix Firefox. It's terribly slow and sometimes gets stuck. I've opened the task manager and see multiple processes that don't look right - please see the attached screenshot. How can I fix this? I'm using version 124.0.1 on Windows 10.

Hello, I try to install extensions but when I click on the jigsaw icon it doesn't display the menu where you can pin extension to the toolbar but it brings me to the extension repository where you can install extension. It is weird because before it works suddenly it doesn't anymore. I see this error in the console, don't know if related

I am having an issue with Fidelity using Firefox. When I open their "Trade" drop down window, it is not functional. Also, when I click the "Replace" button on the open orders page, I get an Error message saying to try later.

I used Edge for these activities and all worked well. I talked to tech support at Fidelity and he said to contact Firefox.

Has anybody else had issues with Fidelity.com?

Sometimes when I open a new tab and start typing an address, the tab disappears as if it never existed. Don't know how to replicate it, as it is random and happens just often enough to disturb me. Also not sure at which point the tab dissappears, while I am typing or when I hit enter.

Hey Gang -- Has anyone else experienced this?

Whenever I'm on NPR's website listening to a radio program, I can't access any other websites on separate tabs or windows. (they simply won't 'load' or even acknowledge any commands)

I find this to be very strange.

If anyone can help with this minor quandary I would be grateful.

This is actually the second time I've had issues with Firefox with hardware acceleration enabled it's normally enabled by default when you install it I believe I've never checked it before but when I was playing the game listening to music it blue screened on me and I got a error code involving bit one memory and I did do a check with the Microsoft Windows diagnosis tool that's for checking memory problems and nothing actually came up I even did a command prompt sfc scannow now command to check and see if there's any problems and nothing came up either and I checked the dump file and apparently the dump file told me that it was Firefox that caused the blue screen of death to occur I think you guys may have maybe a corrupt file when it comes to your guys's hardware acceleration function being enabled it could have some issues with AMD I have a complete AMD system with a 5500 XT as well as a ryzen 3600 and 16 gigs of RAM and dual channel I'm not exactly sure what actually caused it but I just wanted to address it and give you guys some information if you if any users have encountered this issue too.
