I often like to bookmark a website in multiple folders (e.g. School>Research and Work>Energy). I used to be able to do so by clicking the bookmark star as many times as I wanted and selecting the folder I wanted to save the page to and the page would show up in each folder I saved it to. Now for some reason, when I try to bookmark something in one folder it removes the bookmark from the other folders I saved it to. This is not good for me, why is it happening and how can I rectify this ridiculous change? Thank you.

Hi, i had a problem with my computer that required me to reinstall windows. Now i downloaded firefox after installing the new windows and logged in my account but no history or bookmarks found.

Upgraded to Firefox 123.0 last night. This problem did not appear until after that event.

Scenario 1: Start Firefox. Make sure Bookmarks toolbar is visible. My home page is set to www.google.com. Sign in Toolbar goes away

Scenario 2: Make sure Bookmarks toolbar is visible. The checkbox IS set to always display Go to another page Toolbar goes away

I am not accidentally turning it off and I notice stiff like this. I am a software engineer manager in my day job. This looks like a new bug in version 123.0

If i use the Windows 11 search (for "disk management windows 11"), windows opens a new empty firefox window (apart from my default homepage). I seem to have a problem with popups and links generally.

I have adblock/adblock plus and other add-ons, but I hvae disabled those and still get the same problem.

Hi... I have an issue which no sound for media like YouTube .. I have check all sittings are default, and I have fallow up all topic still no sound question and all sitting are OK!? I can't play any videos with sound !!! need help please...

I have made a decision on which theme & colors I want to use and have set it for default. However, whenever open my browser I have to change it to my default. Why do I have to change every time? Thanks

After re-installing Firefox, my Bookmarks are gone. I could reinstall them as I go along, but my Folders (used to organize) are also gone. Worse: I cannot seem to figure out how to re-create folders or move those Bookmarks I have. Any suggestions.

Hi Windows 11. Every time I open a new tab and make a search I get a field under the bookmarks for my google account. I do not want this. On the web it says I should go to account settings and scroll down to the Linked Accounts section. I cannot find that section. Elsewhere I read that I have to do something in my google account as well. How do I get rid of the field for my google account when searching in firefox, please?

Hi, I use windows hibernate a lot. One vulnerability of hibernate is that the contents of RAM get written to the hard drive in unencrypted form in a file called hiberfil.sys. This means that any encryption keys in RAM used to access encypted files will be written to hiberfil.sys and can be extracted if a malicious party has physical access to the drive.

Thus, the question:

Does Firefox store encryption keys, passwords, or log in details in RAM at any time while in use?

Hi all, I did search the key word Outlook but did not see a helpful reply. I used my extension to clear the cache, did not help. I even call the help desk at work, they suggested Chrome and i was able to log on. I already have to use Chrome for Netflix, i don't want to have to move to another browser. I have Mozilla VPN but it is not on all the time. Please advise. thanks, E

Our website, Stjathenaeum.org, goes to a page saying the certification does not match, and says you can continue at your own risk (basically). Is there anywhere to fix this issue?
