I'm having an issue which is it possible for me to migrate the self distributed extension to AMO? as the version codes are clashing it's impossible for me to upload another version that will clash again.

Hi, I just updated firefox and it changed all the visual settings. I managed to change the colour but now when i go to Google drive it looks very different. It's very bold and everything is outlined.

I opened my drive in Chrome and it was normal. Does anyone know how to change this! Fro someone that is sensitive to visuals i can't handle it!

When I first open Firefox and go to my yahoo home page - I can pretty much open any page - 1st try. However, after I leave a page and try to return - no luck. Has been doing this for the last 6 months. Using Firefox on an updated Macbook pro. No problems with Safari.

I'm having a problem with the Google Calendar website. For a few days, during normal use, the website has stopped loading. Only certain parts are shown and the loading bar goes on and on.

I've already tried clearing the cache etc. On Chrome and other browsers the site works as usual. Can you help me?

I'm unable to find my bookmarks its as if I don't have any. It is turned on but when I select restore from a previous date it say the following: Unable to process the backup file. So now I can make a bookmark locate a bookmark. Help please?

Whenever launching Firefox on MacOS Ventura 13.2.1, simultaneously the App Store also launches. This was happening even before the most recent update to Firefox browser (my current, up-to-date version of Firefox is 110.0.1). Also, once the App Store has launched (on top of Firefox, as if launched after browser window rendered), the App Store gives dialog box with a message to the effect of "can't load App Store". The only recent change I can think of having done with anything to do with internet settings is having assiged DuckDuckGo as default browser (which I've been rethinking anyway). Are there some recommended steps I should attempt to get Firefox to launch by itself without dragging along an unable to launch App Store?

My old Lenovo broke down and I just installed Firefox on a new one. I thought it would be easy to just login to my Firefox account and sync the bookmarks to the new computer. NOT? After reading support articles about "sync", it seems that the only way to sync bookmarks is through accessing the old computer? Is this for real? Or is there a workaround??

Whenever there's an update for Firefox (which is OFTEN), there's no notification or indication, the browser just... stops working. I use a Macbook running Big Sur.

I spent two hours this morning assuming that Google Docs was messing up or that my connection was bad, until I checked Firefox. Turns out that, once again, the browser update caused the browser to just stop functioning. This is far from the first time this has happened, and I'm really fed up.

I also hate this new thing where companies don't allow you to submit a support request, instead they want you to read through the help articles and post on the forums and do ANYTHING except contact them directly. I work in a customer support environment, so I know how dumb customers are, but making it impossible to contact you is not the solution.

When I alt-click, I always want a new tab to appear, but in the background—never forcing me to navigate away from my current window. (I'm a Mac user, and use the Command key as my alt.) I've successfully toggled settings in about:config to make this happen in 90% of cases. But...

When I type into the address bar and hit alt-return, Firefox always forces the new tab into the foreground (whether a search result or a typed URL). How do I change this setting to background?

Pull requests on shavar-prod-lists are not being merged and pulled in Firefox to update domain blacklist that is causing site breakage https://github.com/mozilla-services/shavar-prod-lists/pulls.

At LinkedIn we are building a new page lnkd.in/interstitial that is breaking in firefox strict mode. To get this fixed we got the disconnect's list updated but their pull request is not being merged in shavar-prod-lists repo.

Please suggest if we need to do any next steps.

Yesterday I updated my mac mini OS to 13.3. From that time, when I use my home pod mini (airplay), firefox does not work on the sound.

I tried youtube and twitch, but neither sounds nothing when I turned it on with home pod mini.

I think it is a problem with firefox with up-to-date version macOS. It's because other browsers make sounds well such as Safari.

When I use the Firefox in full screen mode in the Mac OS, the three colored dots (red, gray and green) are automatically hidden, however if I'm switching between tabs, is normal that sometimes I go with the cursor a little bit upper, and the three dots will be automatically displayed. The problem is how these three dots are displayed, with an annoying drop-down effect. This is so annoying!!!! On safari and office tools the behavior is different, when the cursor is close to the three dots area, they just appear, and there is no annoying drop-down effect.

There is any method to change this effect on Firefox?

Through the years (been using FF since its first months) on various computers, various OS and FF versions, I've kept a bunch of bookmarks in my toolbar for frequently used links that I can QUICKLY "right-click, copy link, paste" (3 steps) into social media posts.

Tonight I opened up my bookmark contextual menu, hit copy, pasted it into my Twitter, and it pasted the title instead of the link!!

How useless is that! A title is easy to type out, a long complex url isn't, having a "copy" (title) instead of the "copy link" is entirely useless!

Now to accomplish same, I have go choose "edit" instead of "copy link" and then "click drag" the url then "copy" then "paste" then close the window. 5+ steps instead of 3. Who on Earth thought changing that function was a good idea?! More steps is NEVER a good direction.

Clarification coming from possible answers: Firefox's "Paste" function is working fine, since the url correctly pastes to Mac PAGES and Facebook. It's the paste to Twitter that does "Title" instead of "url". So obviously a Firefox-Twitter problem.

Variation of problem: I tried "Copy" from Firefox Bookmark Subemnu, then went over to Twitter on Chrome, and the "Paste" to Twitter on Chrome also results in a paste of Title instead of url. I tried "Copy" from Chrome Bookmark Submenu, then paste into Twitter on Chrome, and the "Paste" correctly pastes the url. This points to a mis-programming of the Firefox "Copy" function in the bookmark submenu.

This just started happening today, but some pages just won't load at all. It will show that it is loaded in the tab, but the page is just blank. Or, the page will load but it won't load images or fonts and is fairly basic. This hasn't happened on every webpage, but most of them. I tried clearing my cache, which didn't help (it actually seemed to make it worse), and I'm not really sure what else to do. I've attached a picture of what "scotusblog.com" is giving me.

Firefox on my MacBook Pro seems to be regularly doing this thing where it works perfectly fine then out of nowhere it'll stop letting me download/upload anything. To be more specific, whenever I click a button to download something or try to upload something nothing happens. Nothing at all. So, I have to switch to Safari to make it work. Then, as mysteriously as it appeared, it goes away and I can download/upload again (usually after a computer restart something like that). Have you heard about this issue before? I've used Firefox for about a decade now and I would hate to have to make a switch :( Because I work remotely it is a huge sore thumb.
