Hello Volunteers,

Ubuntu crashes while moving around a Firefox tab with a mouse, IF the mouse cursor goes thru the top bar of the laptop screen. I am using Firefox V 113.0.2, Build ID: 20230522193126 on Ubuntu 23.04. This could be an Ubuntu problem or a Firefox problem.

When I try to print one of the pages on our website, it takes a while for the preview to appear, and then it indicates that it is going to print 12,169 pages (see attachment... upper right corner). When I use Edge or Chrome, it indicates 3 pages. Why is this happening? I just started about a week or so ago. The page is: https://www.lathene.com/monthlyspecials.aspx

This is the only page on our website that this happens. We have had this same site for several years and this is the first time something like this has happened. I spoke with the hosting company and they indicated it was an issue with Firefox, since it is working properly in Edge and Chrome.

Hi Folks, I'm unable to connect to a device and my support folks are telling me that I must install Mozilla Firefox Version 24 in order to connect to the device.

I have no idea what my current version is but can you tell me how I can install Mozilla Firefox Version 24 for a short time so I can connect with my device?

I'm using the latest version of firefox, at the moment i had a trouble. Text of timeline zone of my facebook hidden, first timeline unhide but other timeline hidden. I'm restart my firefox, remove and resync ... but this error continue. I'm try other browser as chrome, brave no error. How to fix it? I'm the fan of Firefox but user experience too bad with this error I'm upload some images screenshot with error and no error with chrome browser. ++

New issue, but only on Firefox: I cannot access parts of my TMobile account. The message reads "restricted access" and the page is blank. This is happening only on Firefox, and unfortunately, your many articles your users have to sift through, with no actual staff support is really time consuming and and discouraging, as I have spent the past 2 hours trying to resolve this issue, which was never an issue before. Clearly Chrome is easier to use, and your enhanced tracking is not a good program if you can't use your own accounts.

Thanks for any advice that works. Otherwise, I've tried all Firefox's other options and they do not work.

I am writing to report a problem that I have encountered while using Firefox browser. Specifically, I have noticed that the CSS property grid-template-columns: repeat(auto-fit, minmax(120px, 60px)) does not seem to work as expected in Firefox. The grid items overflow the container and do not adjust to the available space.

I have also tested the same code in Google Chrome and it works properly without any issues. This indicates that the problem is specific to Firefox and related to the lack of support for the auto-fit & minmax value in the repeatfunction. Therefore, I kindly request that you investigate this issue and provide a solution or workaround that would allow me to use the auto-fit value in Firefox.

You keep saying you fixed this problem and obviously you didn't. Firefox will not let me sign into starbucks.com. Keeps saying sign-in unsuccessful. Site works perfectly with safari.

Hello, I hope you can help me. I am trying to print from my email. I use windows 10. two different computers, two different printers, same issue. If I try to print an itinerary or anything that contains an image it does not print the image and only parts of the text. If i do it in chrome or edge it works fine. I am attaching an example with an Strava email. The first two pages are from firefox. the second two are from chrome. Even if I scale down the size in firefox, the image of the map does not appear. I print from the small icon to print within the mail, as it should be done. I tried most of what i know, and this is a firefox issue. Can you please help? many thanks and regards jean

I have noticed in the last few days that Firefox is keeping my Mac from sleeping. This seems to have started around the time of updating Firefox to version 113.0.2 which happened 4 days ago. Any thoughts on how to debug this?

I changed computers and created a login to save bookmarks, it looked like this was accomplished but now on my new computer and after I login in Firefox it asks me to import but fire fox is not an option.

I noticed that on Facebook there is not shown data and time on every post. Some posts show this info, the other don't. I cleared cookies, deleted Facebook from history but it didn't help. On Chrome everything is showing normally. I put Firefox in solving problems mode, with add-ons off, it didn't help too. Any solutions?

i want to recover my fb account and is not the first time that happens, only that this time im trying to check the page source and i get this, because it does not let me contact support from fb.

Certain websites (see attached images) aren't loading banner ads or letting my view a site's gallery properly. This is only happening on Firefox - other browsers work fine. I have tried disabling extensions, Troubleshoot Mode, resetting my preferences, and changing settings that I thought would help, but nothing seems to work.

Hello everyone.

I've been using Firefox for quite a few years now and I'm used to keep my pinned tabs open after closing and then opening a Firefox windows.

Yesterday I noticed that after closing the navigator with the "X" in the tool bar menu, as I usually do, the pinned tabs are not "recovered" when opening again.

This happened randomly without configuration changes involved and drivers/firefox are updated to the last version available.

Moreover, I've tested the same in my notebook and it works just fine, as it keeps the tabs open when a new window is open.

Is there any troubleshooting for this or do you have any idea what could have caused this to happen?

Is there a security setting that allows me to show all my passwords rather than having to toggle them on each time?

I am a recluse. There's never anyone looking over my shoulder. I just don't want to have to mess with it anymore.

Suddenly i keep getting this error code. After trying things like refreshing Firefox, using No Proxy option and still getting this error. I dont know what to do, except for changing the browser.
