I want to install the latest Firefox. This "Michael... password ________" ... "DESKTOP-KSPITTM\Michael" is getting in the way. Who is Michael? What is Expedia? Past installs did not put such obstacles in the way.

2 Night ago I was on my Facebook page tonight I can not get on it say Firefox did not connect. I don't understand why because I was on 2 night ago and all was good. Firefox says it not a secure site Please help me I would really appreciate. Thank you Penny

As of last night, without warning and without me changing any settings, or restarting my computer, when I go to open Candy Crush (on Facebook) the loading process freezes and I get a banner at the top of the screen telling me "This page is slowing down Firefox. To speed up your browser, stop this page." At that point I can close the banner, or stop the page, but either way no further progress is made and the page seems to freeze. Candy Crush will still run on Edge (which I would REALLY rather not use at all!!!!). So this is a Firefox issue. Please tell me how to fix it.

I was at the Firefox settings, and on the location permission settings, there was a web address requested my location and it started with "moz-extension://." I can easily guess that it is from the Mozilla Extension, but I was curious and wanted to know what it was and where it came from exactly. But I wasn’t allowed to copy and paste. Therefore, I am asking you guys. I have only been using the Firefox browser for a few days, so my knowledge about it is like a blank sheet of paper, and you guys are welcome to write anything and everything on it, and I will learn from it. So, please come and give me a helping hand. Thank you.

I attempted to load a video from Anaconda and got the following error: "Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 104153)" My search of the web was not fruitful. There was a rather broad suggestion to try another browser. For the first time in MANY years i downloaded Microsoft Edge. I could then open the video from Anaconda. A couple of years ago I went from Windows to Linux because I did not like the access that Microsoft had inside my computer. I would REALLY like to uninstall Edge and go back to Firefox. Can FirefoxTranslations be used offline?

Whenever I try to use FirefoxTranslations offline, I get errors like:

"We found an error loading the translation engine"

or, sometimes,

"We could not find the translation engine to download" (even though the relevant language's translation-engine has already been downloaded.

I was under the impression that we could use FirefoxTranslations also offline, but it wouldn't be the first time I happen to be wrong........

I want to clear cache and cookies. I hit Ctrl-Shift-Del. This presents various options of what to delete.

One thing I do not want to delete: Firefox has somehow learned the URLs for some oft-used websites. For instance, maybe I visit microsoft.com frequently - and Firefox automatically suggests the rest of that URL, as soon as I hit the letter M. (I would also like to know how to teach Firefox to behave that way, for various letters of the alphabet.)

It seems that, if I make full use of the deletion options available via Ctrl-Shift-Del, Firefox deletes those oft-used URLs along with everything else. So then I have to type the full URL, until it relearns that entering M probably means I'm going to microsoft.com.

How can I clear cache and cookies without losing those remembered URLs?

I need to change my email address. The old email address is disabled and doesn't work. I have a new email address johnlorenzosr@gmail.com and can't get a code from the old one which doesn't work anymore. What do I do.

I am tryign to access my accoutn with De'Longhi via https://www.delonghi.com/en-gb/login.

However, the login and password boxes don't show, while the New User boxes are visible.

They also don't show in Chrome, so I think it might be a McAfee/Windows Defender issue, but I am not sure how to use the debugging in Firefox to help me see what might be happening.

Can you help, please?

First came the Linux upgrade and with it the enforced new Firefox version. The new Firefox appeared "raw" with none of my previous settings. I am having trouble filling in the Firefox toolbar and recovering things like "most visited" sites listing and many others. There must be a common sense limit to the "happy developers'" ideas.

I rencently get a lot of messages from Bitdefender (the free version) which say this: firefox.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an unmatching security certificate to ozgu.wanna-wheat.net. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since the used certificate was issued for a different web address than the targeted one.

I don't know a lot about internet sites, but I checked this one out using various sites and it just says it does not have a secure connection. But I am still pretty uncertain about the udress "ozgu.wanna-wheat.net" every bitdefender message like this on this forum features a pretty legit-looking adresses, but I am not sure about this one.

So please if you know anything about this, just write a response. It would certainly give me a better sleep.

Every once in a while I'll visit a website that, even tho you scroll to what you think is the bottom of the page, when you approach that point, you see the scroll button jump up, and there is further room to scroll.

It happens occasionally on YouTube, but elsewhere as well.

I think I remember somewhere that there is a workaround for this, but first I want to understand if this is by design, perhaps because it's a way of restraining the given site from loading too much content at one time, causing CPU overload, leading to related issues.

a few web sites refuse to work with Firefox so I up dated the application. But now some of my bookmarks disappear and I would like also the bookmarks to open on the left side of the scree as before . Please don't force me to go to windows Edge or Google Chromes which I'm force to use at the moment as three web site including my bank refuse to work under Firefox platform. Thank you
