Hello Team,

I am working on form submit feature in one of project, and for that I set autocomplete='on' at form level, but I am not able see the autocomplete feature when I try submit form second time, I want to see previous input value as a suggestion to user so if he/she wants to use the same session input values if they want to use it.

I set this below kind of code inside my one of form so that it will allow user to show previous input values as a suggestion, this code works correctly and show autocomplete suggestion to user in Chrome and Edge browser but when I try to run the web form in Firefox It is not showing me autocomplete suggestion which entered previously. so could you help me out and provide some suggestion what are the things I missed here?

I wouldn't be asking for help from a 'volunteer' if I didntt have to. I lost all of my Firefox tabs again (again!) today, in the last half hour. I can't 'restore the previous session'. I'm starting to feel pushed into giving up PC's altogether, with with problem of losing my Firefox session tabs after restarting my PC. Who needs PC devices/smart phones altogether. I'm feeling more and more stupid every time this happens. Why can't mozilla make Firefox robust enough that I can always get my previous session back. This time it happened for a new reason: Firefox had a new window open up when I restarted my PC, with an advertisement for a Disney movie. IF Mozilla is so smart, why can't they fix a problem like this? I see in the Mozilla knowledge base that people ask about this problem frequently.

Your latest update now saves every PDF I open to my desktop, I need this to stop ASAP, I open dozens and dozens per day and this is intolerable to the point I will uninstall Firefox if I cannot fix this quickly.

I have set the settings to always ask, it asks but still autosaves?

I use to be able to download a file and it would ask me would you like to save or open this file. I must have accidentally clicked "always do this" and I didn't mean to. I tried deleting the handlers.json but nothing works. How do I get back to the old way when I would save a file and it would ask me would I like to open or save it? I want to bring back the window below.

Firefox won't open at least one website and Google Chrome has no problem with it. I don't like having to open Chrome just for one site. I'm using Windows 10

Why does my personal account say that it is being managed by my administrator "active policy" with name: Policy Value? This is my personal computer it shouldn't be managed by anyone but me and if so I think an explanation is in order. I spent an entire day completely removing g-mail and chrome from my laptop for similar "administrator" issues that were completely obtuse inexplicable and highly paranoid inducing as they left the very distinct notion that my computer was not only being administrated by outside forces but also controlled and manipulated at the whims of a highly corrupt organization.

I have a school website connection problem. I can get it to load on Edge, but on firefox I was able to access it about it a week ago on your web browser, but unable to now. My network connection is fine and it is not a firewall on my end.

I can not even get the shield to come up and say yes this is site is okay, all i get is the circle with the i inside it. i have been all over your options in security to try to fix it and can't.

Since the update to FF 98.0 I cannot click on a .zip file & have it open to Windows File Explorer. It only allows me to download & save the .zip file and then extract the files from there. I have to click on dozens of these files per day for my job & would rather not have to save each .zip file & then extract the file contents. In Settings > Applications, .zip files are not on the list of file types or applications. Is there a way to add them to the list? Is there some other work-around? Thank you!

I use AT&T Yahoo Mail with Firefox 98 on Windows 10 (latest build). So, I have noticed a very strange problem and I don't know who to blame. Yahoo or Mozilla.

I can't login to AT&T Yahoo Mail from several internet addresses.

I can get to the page but nothing happens when I click "Mail" or "Login." except that the connection failed. Everything else in Firefox works just fine on all sites, except this one (and it's "sister" login URL's.)

The sites are: mail.yahoo.com and currently.att.yahoo.com

I have tried everything that I can think of with no success. All works perfectly under Microsoft Edge. If I clear all history in Firefox the result is the same - no login.

Only a Firefox Reset will do - but I dare not clear all history!

Therefore:

Microsoft Edge and Firefox browsing to the above sites work just fine. When I click on the Mail Login hot spot in Microsoft Edge all is fine. When I click on the Mail Login hot spot in Firefox it tries connecting and fails. Have to do a Firefox Reset.

Any help appreciated. This is madness!

I download a lot of pictures. Until today (after an update) the download notification only showed when I clicked on it. Now it pops up when I download something & covers part of my screen. I have to click somewhere to get rid of it. I don't need to see what is downloading.

I'm new to Firefox and having problems getting started. I am 78 and not good with tech stuff.

Firefox was working quite well and then suddenly things went wrong. There was a "sidebar" open the entire length of the screen at the left, it usually showed history. My add-ons showed at the top right after the search bar, they disappeared. Bitwarden was one of them that I use all the time to log into websites. I think they disappeared when I closed the sidebar at the left. I would like to know how to open the sidebar and how to restore the add-ons. (They still show and are turned on under Add-ons Manager.)

Any help would be greatly appreciated as my Firefox is not usable in it's present form.

I receive the following message to a common site I used with my business employer.

The message that I receive in Firefox is:

The page isn’t redirecting properly An error occurred during a connection to my.deloitte.com.

I don't know what to do in order to fix this. This seems to be a relatively new problem and I did not have this problem in the recent months, when I used and accessed this site.

Please help as I need to use this site on Firefox.

Since a few days ago, whenever I click on a Google Image Search result I get this annoying page: Redirect Notice

And twice gone to about:config, searched for accessibility.blockautorefresh, and switched it to false. And i've restarted my browser, but it hasn't solved the issue.

I want to reduce the vertical size rather than the horizontal size a little. I'm sorry, but I wish it was similar to the chrome's vertical Tabs size. Wanna use firefox only one.

I've had this issue for several years now. Facebook just won't load. I get a blank screen. I tried removing all my cookies, and this didn't help (but was really annoying because then I kept being asked to accept them all again)

The problem's lasted for 2 or 3 new MacBooks, which i've migrated to with Time Machine.

I had to do a fresh installation of Firefox, so I made a backup of my profile folders to restore them and deinstalled Firefox completely.

My main profile folder is called 6tmbpuzf.default and my additional profile folder is called zxljatsb.default-release.

After the fresh installation, Firefox created a new profile: rgun63ue.default-release-1646847780299

I closed Firefox, copied my saved profile folders to the places where they belong (from roaming to roaming, from local to local) but when I open about:profiles, Firefox doesn't show any of my old profiles, only the new one! Why is that? What can I do so that Firefox shows them?

I added images of my about:profiles page, the roaming and the local folder.

Fox news has been my home page for years. I have made no changes to any settings in any wat, but today when I opened my browser i get this message: Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.foxnews.com/" on this server. Reference #18.9bf8da17.1646866583.3ba8ceb4 . I power cycled my system, still have the problem. I tried Microsoft Edge, everything works fine. That tells me it is a Firefox issue. OS is WIN 10, has been for a long time. I scanned through the settings and didn't see anything that might resolve this problem.
