A nod to any other intelligent human being: this very Firefox page for writing messages, is in stark and blinding white. And it is not that white and bright is a bad thing, it is that we are talking about screens loaded with luminosity that exhaust our eyesight. "Black on white" to describe the ability to read a text on physical paper (a book) is one thing. "Black on white" to capture the reading of the image projected by an electronic screen is quite another thing. In my opinion, too different.

When there is a form to fill out in Firefox, whenever I fill it out and press "refresh", the things that I wrote still stay there. However, I don't want it to do that, I want it to refresh the forms as if I am visiting the page from new. How can I make it so that Firefox does this? It is weird because it used to do this but now no longer does.

Running ROCK SOLID Windows 7 SP 1 64 bit. Last week updated 64 bit FF from 88xx to 94.0.2. EVERYTHING was working fine with FF 88 except for videos on CNN.

After update when I right click in FF the small Context Menu freezes. Subsequent right clicks launches the same Menu. See attached image. When I mess around with scrolling they go away.

Also, when I'm going back and forth between a FF web page and a file in another app to cut and paste text or images, half of one or the other screens hang.

I'm an old geek and I did ALL of the recommendations including a complete clean uninstall and clean reinstall of FF 94.0.2... I've spent hours trying to solve the problem...

I'm having NO PROBLEMS with Chrome or Opera or any other SW on this PC.

BTW, DON'T EVEN SUGGEST GOING TO Windows 10 or 11. I have 10 but I use 7 on this PC for a lot of reasons.

Like I said, problems began after 94.0.2 update.

Hi I keep getting these error messages in Firefox. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. It seemed to work ok after that, until I logged back in to Firefox a few minutes later and started getting this error again. I like Firefox but getting all these errors is really frustrating. I do not have these errors with other browsers. Any ideas? If not I will have to go to another browser.

Major issues after opening Firefox this morning - an update resulted in ALL my data being deleted. Hundreds of passwords, bookmarks, etc all gone. Infuriating is an understatement. It is impossible to get in touch with a real person at Firefox to troubleshoot this - what on earth am I meant to do to resolve this!?!?!?!

When receiving the following messages when accessing a specific URL.

Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to xyz. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details.

Then clicking on the Advanced... button at the bottom of the popup window.

And then clicking on the Accept the Risk and Continue button.

My question is does Firefox make any changes to Internet Options or anywhere else, including within Firefox to change configurations of any type when the Accept the Risk and Continue button is clicked on?

I keep getting this: URL is highlighted red/grey stripes. The robot head icon is now in the URL box and it says "Browser is under remote control (reason Dev Tools).

What is it? how do I get rid of it?

When I read content on a web page, I like to use the up and down arrows and PgUp PgDn to go through it. I hate having to reach over for the mouse and line everything up to go to the next screen. Since the last update, it seems I can't do that. When I hit the down arrow, or the PgDn key, it skips randomly down the page. This is especially true if I am reading an article with pictures in it. I think this might have something to do with my clicking yes to an inquiry from Firefox that just appeared on the page while I was browsing. It asked whether I wanted to be able to block text with keyboard commands. I'd like to change it back to whatever it was before, but can't figure out how to do that. Bill

Only when using my Firefox in windows on my PC. After I am connected to my Gmail for a short period of time, it stops working and then I see a banner at the top that reads that it is disconnected. It will not reconnect until I close Firefox and then reopen it. I have checked everything including a uninstall and then reinstalling Firefox. Can someone help me?

Why does this url fail? This is not the first url I have had that failed using Firefox but works on Edge and IE. Most that fail seams to be political. Is there any censuring being done on Firefox? Thank You Jack

While running Firefox browser in Windows10, every once in a while a 'sorry your Firefox has crashed' box pops up. Yet the browser is still running just fine. Any ideas?

Firefox monitor says there was a breach yesterday, something concerning my email address, Showing me a box with the name "Gravatar", I want more info. What is Gravatar? What was the breach? Exactly what info is included in the "breach" & how it happened? Why am I being run in circles & not getting any other info, only that there was a breach? Why was the word/name Gravatar displayed to me? What do I do at the "Dashboard"? I want the same info for both names shown in the attached file. When I go to https://www.mozilla.org/ and sign into the home page, I cannot find the Icon for "Sign In/Sign Up" to allow me to navigate to my Firefox Account and Sign In. This make it a real pain in the ass to check what my subscriptions are, what my Profile says, or to check anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1) Sign in to Mozilla by typing https://www.mozilla.org/

2) Go down the home page to Contact Us.

3) The go to Support and find "Sign In/Sign Up"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A second problem unrelated to your screwed up sign in to my account, is that while I can see that I have subscribed to your VPN, I cannot find the big ball with "VPN is On/ VPN is Off" to sign into the VPN.
