My 2FA cannot be setup. When I scan the code with 3 different authenticators, 2FAS, ID.ME, LASTPASS. it responds with incorrect code. Why is this? Now I cannot turn the feature back on.

Firefox 95, Windows 10 and Bitdefender antivirus will not connect to sweepstakes sites; giant-sweeps.com, mondosweeps.com, sweepscrush.com, sweepsloot.com, uwinit.com, and winloot.com. Removed cookies and cache. Still get message "page cannot be shown because authenticity of received data could not be verified. Chrome browser works fine with Bitdefender. How do I fix this?

I don't remember re-setting my master password (to be sure, master password is the password that I'd use in order to get into my Firefox account, yes? The Prime Password is not the same; my Prime is set & doing just fine. Image is just for the 'hell of it'; no reason for it, just felt like using the feature. Thank you. John

How do I stop the Firefox Privacy Notice Page: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox/ from opening in a new tab, each time I click on the home icon on any other tab I have open. This is quite annoying.

I have an account on usps.com (the post office). Using FireFox, I am unable to see or use my address book on that site. USPS tech support says it's there and also says FireFox is the most problematic web browser of all. USPS tech support says to use ANYTHING but Firefox.

Yes, I have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times in an effort to solve the problem. And doing so does not solve the problem.

I can use IE or Chrome to access USPS.com and I can see my address book!

What the heck, Mozilla?

Can not download anything. (Download failed) I have tried every single solution mentioned, resetting, changing download folder, reinstall, and even config options step by step. Since reinstalled the firefox, now can not even install any extensions.

I have been using the theme Dark from Mozilla for years and years, but suddenly, like in the last 3 days or so, it appears that it is forcing every single freaking website to use dark mode, and I don't want it to do that.

I tried the "Colors" option in the "Fonts and Colors" section, but didn't that isn't at all what I want. Thing is, if I change to a "Light Theme", it forces the sites that I want to be in dark mode to be in light mode.

Can anyone help me?

I am highly distractable by screen movements of any kind, and prefer that nothing on my screen moves unless I ask it to--no autoplay or running ribbons of text or even slideshows with pictures slipping past each other unless I specifically click to make something move. This is and odd situation so bare with me.

So, I apparently have two Firefox accounts , one that is active and in used (lets call it account#1) and another forgotten old one (account#2), which it's primary email is not longer in use :(

It all started when I was attempting to add a secondary email (the usual email that I use for this kind of things) to the current active account#1 that I am using, and I got an error stating that: the secondary email was already in use by another account. This was a tremendous surprise, because I have totally forgotten account#2 !!!.

Then I started some research to understand what was the history of account#2 and if it was in fact using the secondary email. After digging in old emails, I realize that in fact there was an account#2, and it make sense that I forgot about it, because the primary email linked to it, I no longer have access to. However, I do still have access to the secondary email in account#2.

Here is where it gets interesting. It seems that I am in some sort of lockout situation with the account#2, because the primary email no longer being available. When I attempt to follow procedures to: reset password, I do received the email with the reset link (through the secondary email linked to account#2, that I still have access), but when I attempt to reset the password through the: reset link, it reject this action and display popup error : "Your email was just returned. Mistyped email?". I am guessing because the primary email address is no longer available and it returns a not valid address from the server.

So what now?! To be clear I am not interested in saving account#2 and regaining access. My only interest is to remove/detach the secondary email address from account#2, so I can used in account#1. If that makes sense. I know pretty OCD, I am not proud of it.

I understand that this will be very easy to do, if I could just log in into account#2 and removed the secondary email config, under manage the account, but of course i don't remember the password. So, what if I can't log in? Am I out of luck or can I do something through the secondary email address? If so so how? Which again, I have had access to that email all this time.

I did further research and in this link it says something promising about having a secondary email still accessible, even though primary is not:

Note: If you lost access to your Firefox Account email address, it's possible to change the primary email address, but only if you previously registered a secondary address for that account. That's because you are sent an email to your primary email address to confirm it, when you add a secondary address. Regardless, I am assuming that it is referring to once you log in, of course. Is there any workaround to this or I am doom to just try to remember the password of no longer available primary email.

Please, help me. I understand that they maybe a slight change to detach my secondary email from account#2 and make it available to be used in account#1, but I am not sure how to do it and I have tried everything.

Before the 95.0 Firefox Browser update, all files would download to a location on my harddrive. The files can still be downloaded to my harddrive, but I can't set the option to automaticallly download files to my harddrive. Each time I download a file it wants to open the file and I must click save file. But the default that tells me if I want to automatically do an action isn't there. I can't set the browser to automatically save files.

Can you help?

I have ongoing Adblock Plus and Ghostery, but since the latest update to Firefox 95, I have seen a significant increase in the numbers of Ads on internet news sites (TheGatewayPundit.com, ZeroHedge.com, etc.). I've have also experienced for the first time, a request to sign up in order to continue to view something (Fox News; Political Cartoons). Is this a result of the Firefox update or have the advertisements managed to overcome Ad blocking software? Is there a fix that you can suggest? Thank you for taking the time to read and respond. Since 8 December, 2021, I cannot log into any of my 3 Gmail accounts using Firefox and either Google or Duck Duck Go. I get a message that each is temporarily unavailable - repeatedly. I have no add-ons to Firefox; I cleared the cache. I can access all three accounts using Edge and Bing, bringing up Gmail Accounts and then specifying accounts from within that website. I can't remember when the latest Firefox update happened but it wasn't long ago. I have never had trouble accessing my gmail accounts before now.

When i try to open Firefox application are very slow or some time its show page cannot open error message and some of the application its not open only, its very slow its not supporting may times.

When using Firefox on my PC I am usually (not always) unable to load email content when using icloud.com. I am signed into my icloud account in Firefox and am up to date with Firefox. I can see email content when using Outlook, when using ios on my iphone and ipad, and even when using icloud.com on my ipad. Just not when using icloud.com on my PC. What gives? This used to be an occasional thing and has now turned into an almost always thing.
