Got online this morning, and Firefox "upgraded" to a newer version. Now, I have no home page, no bookmarks, no history, etc. This happened several "updates ago, a few years ago, if memory serves. How do I get all those back? Last time, they apparently sent out a "fix". Thanks,

Firefox is unable to send the request at the startup, meaning it's just keep showing loading... and then opens the webpage after a couple of minutes. PC and the internet connection is fine. What could be the issue?

What has happened to all of my Task Bar / Tool Bar? As of today, Sunday Nov. 26th, everything is gone. In addition the browser itself looks "different" some how.

Citibank cannot access the online account changed pass word and it keeps asking me for the new password.

Citibank says Firefox has to be restored?

After update to 115.2.1, FF crashes at startup for one User, but not the other. FF Safe Mode also crashes (SHIFT key). I tried running the 115.2.1 install on the problem User, but it also crashes right after completion. The second user is handicapped, so I have yet to try to uninstall/reinstall because FF runs on her User and I hate to screw things up so that she is locked out.

• • • JUST NOTED - Chrome also crashes with same NTDLL error (same DLL version number). Did the FF update do something with the NTDLL file?

Hello Community, I want to play GSN Games on Firefox, but I keep getting this Unable to Load Your Lobby and says to contact customer service on GSN. I have done that and was told that there is no problem on their end, and to contact Firefox. I am sending you a screenshot of my problem. Please advise! Malcolm.

what changed. I have been a staunch Firefox fan for many years. now it wont work for just the one app? did all the usual things cookies, cache, ect. it works for a couple hours at most then goes right back to useless.

Crashes freeze ups Tired of them all day every day. Cache fills up and computer shuts down. 24 Firefox processes ,,, 37 Firefox processes and every one of them is storing history and cookies till the system stops.. Performance section? Worthless. Does not matter what is checked or unchecked,, and NEVER has there appeared a box to choose a limit of 6 or 8 processes.. WTF

I believe the last communication we had was on July 28, 2022. I had my last message pulled up and now I don't know where it is.

You had asked me the number of Profiles I had and if I remember correctly it was 8 or 9 not all active. The other big problem that still will not go away is attached and I hope you are able to open this attachment. I cannot open Firefox without this message coming up and now it's appearing on other screens.

Can you see the screen below that states "We've made some educated guesses about your current browser". Somehow, my information was changed to OS 8. I have never in my life used that OS, nor I have used 8.1. I have tried to change it back to Windows OS 10, but it seems to prefer 8. How do I fix that problem.

So, I read in an email I receive quite often that Firefox had updated to OS 104, mine did not change on August 23rd and my settings suggest it should have change since it's set to update automatically. I manually updated a couple of hours ago.

Now since I'm updated to OS 104 is there anything I need to do to make sure that the previous update isn't going to mess up, like it usually does, or do I need to uninstall something or another, do some magic tricks, or stand on my head?

I would appreciate your continued help. I have no idea where the email that I sent to you regarding the number of profiles I have, but I did see it as I was try to slug through this system of emails trying to find you and your last response to me on July 28th. If you can find that you will also find my answer to your question.

Today I downloaded the latest Firefox upgrade and got a flaming orange toolbar which is difficult to read. Troubleshooting the issue by browsing the internet, I tried several things I don't remember, and also clicked on the DuckDuckGo privacy tab when that option came up. I was unable to change the color of the tab but then suddenly got a gray screen with all gray tabs. There is no color.

It is not a Microsoft issue, as I have tried rebooting several times and always get a color screen at the reboot. But when the page starts loading, all the icons are gray. I tried a system restore but after a long reboot got a message that the restore was unsuccessful because apparently blocked by my security software (Webroot). The advice was to temporarily disable Webroot but when I go into my apps, the only option is to uninstall and I am hesitant to do that because I don't know if I can quickly reinstall it without having to call Webroot customer service.

At this point I can't figure out what to do. Can you help without my having to reset everything? I always keep a lot of windows open which is one feature I like about Firefox, and really don't want to have to reconstruct all those pages.

I will appreciate your help in solving this problem, which I think is a software issue and possibly related to some things I might have clicked while trying to change the toolbar color.

Win8 OS is not working properly: power off function will not work,have to unplug to turn off; unable to access OS section that allows to access devices,files,etc. and problems adding up.

Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.
