Hi I went to my email provider earlier on and Firefox froze saying that a copy was running and to close - which I did. But Firefox will not access any website: just the normal waiting message.

I did a hard reboot. No joy. I tried a download. No joy. I am using Brave at present to access you. Everyhting else, email etc is working fine.

Any advice please.

Got online this morning, and Firefox "upgraded" to a newer version. Now, I have no home page, no bookmarks, no history, etc. This happened several "updates ago, a few years ago, if memory serves. How do I get all those back? Last time, they apparently sent out a "fix". Thanks,

I wanted to bump this as I never received a satisfactory answer for the reason behavior was changed and it is still something that feels like a UX regression.

On my main profile I cant access a single site. Ive tried Google, Facebook, Instagram, adobe, and many others. Not a single one will open. but if I switch to another profile Im completely fine. Acts just like it should. This all happened today when Windows 10 update was being installed.

Was using my browser firefox, watching a yt vid and clicked to watch another vid and it stopped having network access. Confirmed firewall isn't blocking anything (even disabled it) and no proxy being used. Reinstalled 96.0 (was on like 95.X) no change --- update option in settings has no network access so I just downloaded it on another browser & installed (left the temp files alone) same issue.

This is a software issue with Firefox, not a computer issue. Nothing was updated or change on the computer either and it just stopped working while on youtube. Restarted PC, no change. Disabled a few exts like adblocker & no change.

PC is running macos 11.6, 96.0 firefox.

i want to switch between 2 different google account but every time i clicked the "switch account button" it will return back to google main page. Is there another way to switch account?

Starting this afternoon I receive the following error when attempting to open the Norton Password Vault:

Website will not allow Firefox to display the page if another site has embedded it

I have used these products together for years this is the first problem. The Vault still works in EDGE, I don't know what changed.

I've just recently been experiencing this problem.

I would play a Youtube video, but after a few minutes, it would just stop, no error message. It just stops.

I then reload the page, but then it plays with no audio. I would have to close Firefox and restart the video, just to have it stop again after a few minutes.

I have the latest version of Firefox installed. I've tried refreshing the Firefox setup, uninstalling and reinstalling, reinstalling the video drivers, but nothing seems to be solving the problem.

Video plays just fine with Chrome or Edge.

Windows 10 Pro (Made sure it was up to date as well). 250mbps connection

Your Firefox browser now only operates two windows i.e. tabs. The third does not search but sits there and looks stupid. What is going on? I am using Windows 10. Should I change to a different browser? I have used Firefox since getting a computer years and years ago.
