We run the www.rarlab.com website and several users have complained that the download of the exe file for the English version of WinRAR 7.20 downloads a 0mb file and is also flagged as malicious. The file can be downloaded easily on the Edge browser and it is considered safe by Google too.

Hello, my password got reset by pour IT department all of my passwords are gone I do have a recovery key but they did not use it how do i get my passwords back where can i add the key code

Until some days ago I could use the add on "Video Downloadhelper" without problems on my old Macbook Air (2017) with OS10.15.7 but suddenly the add on was not available anymore. I purchased a valid license for this add on. In the Firefox adjustments it was mentioned as deactivated. Could you please let me know, how I can activate the Video Downloadhelper again? I already changed the password but I’d be glad to know if there is anything I could do or anything you could tell me about the person who entered my Firefox, the person is apparently from Russia, I’ll attach the image below.

I routinely keep a tab open to view my iCloud account (PC running Windows 11 Home).

Everything has worked just fine in the past. Here are the basics using Edge... -The home page displays like the first attachment. -Clicking an icon takes me to the calendar page (see the Edge screenshot in the second attachment) -Clicking the word, 'iCloud' (see yellow arrow in second attachment) returns me to the home page.

But now, using Firefox, if I click the calendar icon (or any other) the calendar return link and Calendar page title are superimposed over one another and the return link does not work. -Check out the yellow arrow in the third attachment -If I click the iCloud/Calendar mishmash I get nothing. If I click left arrow or Back I get nothing.

Note that this still works fine with Edge but does not work with Firefox. Have tried clearing Firefox cache (no change) but don't know what else to try.

Any ideas?

As the title says, today I started getting the windows popup about selecting an app to open that file type, every time I download one.

i need to change my email since my old email go hacked, so i dont have access to my old email anymore. i still have access to my account since i am logged in on my phone and desktop. I have backup authentication codes if that helps. Codes are getting sent to my hacked email which i dont have access to.

I recently downloaded the ebay app onto my Android phone. Since doing so, when I go to my ebay account on my PC, I cannot put items in My Cart nor can I BUY NOW. The selector arrow does not change to a Hand icon. Everything works as it should on my phone. Contacted ebay support which attempted to correct by having me clear browsing history with no success. They informed me that it was a problem with my browser (Firefox). Any info or suggestions would be well appreciated.

There used to be a much more useful interface for clearing specific browsing data (the landscape-oriented one). The new interface is far less detailed to the point of strictly limiting its functionality. There used to be a config setting ("privacy.sanitize.useOldClearHistoryDialog") that could toggle which interface to use, but as of an update in the last week (I've been away without a computer for a while), that toggle does nothing. Is there any other setting that can make this feature actually useful again?
