Hello, I am unable to use henry.boerger@icloud.com to sign in to or create a Mozilla account.

When I try to sign in with this address, I receive the error: “Primary account email required for sign-in.”

The Mozilla account that may previously have been associated with this address currently uses henry.boerger.hh@gmail.com as its primary email address. In the account settings, no secondary email address is listed.

Nevertheless, henry.boerger@icloud.com still appears to be associated with a Mozilla account internally.

Could you please check the account association and remove/release henry.boerger@icloud.com so that it can be used as the primary email address for a Mozilla account?

This morning, I can no longer download (Save) files to my computer, nor check/change settings in Firefox. Tried all troubleshooting steps to no avail.

If I delete and reinstall Firefox, will I lose all my Bookmarks, etc.? Running version 157.0 (aarch64).

Hi Mozilla Support Team, I am facing an issue while using WordPress on Mozilla Firefox. The custom fields and options inside the WordPress editor (Gutenberg / Classic Editor) are not loading or responding properly. Issue Details: Custom fields and meta boxes fail to render or freeze when interacted with. Data entered into these fields sometimes does not save upon updating the post. The same WordPress dashboard and fields work completely fine on other browsers like Google Chrome. System Info: OS: Windows Browser: Mozilla Firefox (Latest Version) Platform: WordPress Dashboard Troubleshooting Done: Cleared browser cache and cookies. Tested in Firefox Troubleshoot / Safe Mode. Actually, I believe the aspect of a browser that should not be changed casually is the UI that users interact with while browsing, such as tabs and sidebars. Any changes to configurable UI elements are acceptable, but Firefox should now refrain from altering the UI and instead focus entirely on fixing bugs and optimizing performance. The UI represents the face of a browser, and constantly changing it not only fails to attract new users but also neglects the needs of existing ones.

We’ve got the Nova browser redesign—everything looks great—but why does the download manager design still look like it’s from 2005? It’s a very important part of the browser, yet in its current state, it looks embarrassing.

All of a sudden all of the videos I watch on YouTube with Firefox are defaulting to mute on my Macbook. I haven't made any changes to settings, etc. I don't have a YouTube account so I can't make any changes there anyway. I am having to unmute each video before I watch it.

I have done thorough testing with other browsers, drivers for my headset, reinstallations and the common issue is the new firefox. when I change from my desktop speakers to my headset there has always been a slight delay in the crossover. however since the most recent update Firefox has made, Youtube shorts and videos dont load properly. this is only when using my headset. when you go to shorts, and scroll it will play them one after the next with no load time or at least very little. now however, it takes 10-15 seconds to load, but ONLY when i am using my wireless headset. Corsair Void Wireless Headset. I have done everything on my end, and after countless tests with other browsers it is only Firefox and has only starteed since the most recently update.

Firefox tabs keep crashing for no apparent reason after this Nova update (its not website specific). here's a list of my top five Submitted Crash Reports (there are dozens more but ill keep this brief): Report ID Date Submitted

i don't believe its memory issues because my PC has 61.6 GB of 474 GB free, and i never got these crashes before the update, with the same amount of data. dunno what else to add here, let me know if i need to provide something more

I have had an issue for a few months now where certain websites fail to load. This is most easily reproduced on https://addons.mozilla.org, where I am shown the error "An unexpected error occurred" on most pages, preventing me from installing addons.

This issue does not occur in a Private Window, in Troubleshooting mode or in Chrome or Brave, but persists in fresh installs of Firefox. In troubleshooting this issue, I have removed all program files, registry data, and app data pertaining to Mozilla / Firefox. In fresh installs, I can sometimes install an add-on or two before this error starts occuring. I have not imported any previous data.

I was previously installing from Chocolatey, but in my last clean install, I downloaded from the official website.

I am on Windows 10 and Firefox 157. I use Proton VPN (Paid) and have tried changing servers several times to no avail. Again, this only happens in Firefox in a standard window, Private Mode and Troubleshooting Mode are fine.

Screenshot 1 shows the issue from my most recent reinstall. I was able to install 1 add-on (SponsorBlock) before it started showing up. Removing the add-on doesn't fix the issue. Trying to access addons.mozilla.org via a search engine results in the tab icon loading for a second and no change happening on screen (Screenshot 2).

I experience similar issues on other websites, like trying to log into Bandcamp.com (logging in gives the error "There was a network error. Please try again."), but most sites work.

Why isn't this happening when I open PDF files? Usually, there's an option that lets me choose between opening it directly in Firefox or using my PC's default app (Foxit Reader), but it keeps opening directly in Firefox instead.

As soon as I start browsing short videos in YouTube Firefox freezes and I have to restart it to continue doing anything. It is very annoying. I have Windows 11 (updated) and Firefox is up to date. I don't use a VPN. I have some extensions installed but it happens with or without them enabled. I use Panda Dome as antivirus (It did not happen when I had Windows 10 and Panda) It does not happen with any other video site

i used to have "trimless" for my g-mail, which i loved, b/c i can't stand having to go to a totally different screen to read a whole e-mail if it's long. but with either windows 11, the latest firefox update, or the latest google update, my computer tells me that "trimless" won't work anymore. HELP! is there something equivalent i can install? thanks!

On the sides and bottom of most content screens in FireFox there are Scroll bars to help navigate the content. In recent updates those bars have been made so narrow that it requires extreme dexterity to keep the mouse on them while scrolling and are impossible for someone with a tremor issue.

Is it possible to return them to a normal width? Maybe this should be an Accessibility Option.
