In my windows 10 task manager, I can access microsoft edge search engine. Why isn't my firefox search engine listed in my windows 10 task manager? I know how to open the firefox task manager from the firefox application menu but sometimes my firefox freezes up on startup and I want to be able to end task it from my windows 1 task manager. Thanks for your help.

There is no messages or something, it just hangs (all tabs and Firefox open windows). There is no report bug options in Firefox, I cleared my cookies and data (the same), it's stops responding on clicking top right green button (log in) on https://www.privat24.ua/ or https://next.privat24.ua/ when window asking for phone number appears. Tried troubleshoot mode and disabling add-ons (I have only 3) - result is the same.

Firefox security has locked me out and I can't figure out how to convince them that it's me who is trying to get back in. I have a recovery key but it doesn't work. I also uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and I'm still locked out. Please help me. Thank you, Gerald

Firefox asks for my Primary Password on every page of Firefox I open whether I want to use a password or not. I have to click to remove the box and I lose control of the page because the page will move opposite of the direction my cursor moves. Can I open the "Primary Password" box whenever I want to use it instead having to deal with it every time I open a Firefox webpage?

This can be very frustrating.

since installing Firefox 92.0.1 (64 bit) my bookmark menus have a bigger font and much bigger interline spacing which looks horrible. Can it be put back the way it was in Release 89 please?

Cannot access a usual website with firefox. Receive error messages every time. "unexpected system error. ....Contact administrator" then gives a ref # 4031-7895 which changes every time i try to access. Contacted the website and they find its a firefox broser problem. Checked update and i have the latest update from firefox. Can access the website with microsoft edge with no problem. Why not Firefox?

As the title says every time I go to type in "Google" it recommends "Gmbinder" and so far all the support article things say the same thing, for me to delete the history or hover over it and press Delete and every time I do it's still there.

Firefox suddenly started using more memory overtime like than i doubled check both in chrome and firefox like in chrome it is staying at a certain amount of memory for whole day and in fire fox it just starting to use more memory like i started using firefox because chrome is using high memory and now firefox suddenly started and it is not even staying at a certain amount of memeroy in ram so yeah i think its a glicth in new firefox update and if u fixed that than i can come on firefox again but now i am using chrome.

I first made sure Firefox and all my drivers were up to date, which they were. Moving on, using Troubleshooting Mode, I have yet to encounter any issues. The screenshot below shows the crash reports between yesterday and today. For some reason it won't let me submit the crash report from yesterday, as well as the first one that happened today. I'm also not sure why there are 4 crash reports generated for 10:05PM on 9/30, because Firefox only crashed once to my knowledge.

Typically I have these extensions installed, and I've never had an issue thus far: 1. uBlock Origin (also in incognito) 2. Adguard Adblocker (also in incognito) 3. Honey 4. Translate Web Pages (though it's left disabled, unless needed)

Why do I use two adblockers? Because one or the other isn't typically sufficient, and I find those two to work together the best.

I am not a geek, and the documentation about this problem elsewhere in Mozilla support is way over my head. I just need plain language - and maybe visual - instructions on how to stop getting this error message. It never happened until a Firefox browser update a few weeks ago (September 2021). Often if I click the 'try again' button a couple of times, I can finally get through to the website I am trying to connect to, but this shouldn't be happening. It's annoying. I use Avast antivirus software if that's useful info. thanks.

I recently did update FF, and the + sign that was next to the tabs which allowed me to open a new tab disappeared. Is this a new "feature," or is there something I can do to get this back?. I've attempted to customized the toolbar, but there doesn't appear to be the + on that or a way to open a new tab - just a new window. Thanks in advance.

Having updated Firefox today on my oldest Windows desktop computer, I encountered a "did not connect: potential security issue" error message when I tried to open Firefox, which is operating normally on my other desktop computers.

Hello, I see a few others have had issues in the past with Firefox upgrades and Metamask. I installed Metamask earlier this year and the icon was always visible on the toolbar for me to select and log in. After the update I no longer have the icon displaying. I can log into Metamask but the extension now acts like any other URL display. I liked when it would pop up as a side window and not display like a URL. I also have ADP ad blocker and can no longer see that icon as well. Any assistance is appreciated. Regards

I recently updated Firefox to version 89.0 which made my tabs curved rather than square/blocky. Is there any method to revert the look of my tabs? This is strictly for aesthetic purposes.

Hello I use lastest firefox browser version.(92.0-64bit)

i create self-signed certificate, and when i use this certificate and check the certificate information in firefox browser(pageinfo>security>certificate), version name is NaN.

i don't know why this happen. the other browsers not see this issue.

and i also use openssl command like this

- openssl x509 -in <xxx.crt> -noout -text

it works fine.

Od wielu miesięcy jest problem z poprawnym wyświetlaniem różnych stron przez przeglądarkę firefox. Ten problem nie występuje w żadnej innej przeglądarce: Chrome, Edge czy Opera. Najczęściej widzę to na bardzo popularnej stronie Tłumacz Google, bo używam często i jest to irytujące. Przeglądarka nie wyświetla obrazków (ikon) np. zmień język (wyświetla tekst swap_horiz) oraz wiele innych obrazków zapisanych w kodzie stron - problem widoczny na zrzucie ekranu w załączeniu. Po każdej aktualizacji Firefox problem nadal nie został rozwiązany, dlatego proszę o pomoc. Zaznaczę, że czyściłem wielokrotnie ciasteczka dla witryny google i chyba kilka raz czy dwa coś to pomogło na chwilę ale później np. po ponownym włączeniu przeglądarki problem znów był ten sam.
