When using excel for office 365 there's a behavior unique to firefox. Normally when a cell is selected Ctrl+A will select all of the contents of the cell, this is normal behavior. When overwriting the text by typing any other text it will begin typing in a different orientation, (between horizontally and vertically). If pressing Ctrl+A again and typing any text it will again flip the orientation. This is infinitely repeatable on all systems I've tried. I've complained to microsoft support to a near-harassment level and they've told me to talk to you. I'm not making a bugzilla account so I'm posting it here.

When I try to sign in to Yahoo I am sent to a Google sign in. I tried that and only got gmail and not my yahoo mail. I can sign in fine when I use Firefox private browsing and Edge. Why is Google involved with Yahoo mail?

For the past several months I'm unable to Login to Mozilla Foxfire from my Desktop. The URL I'm using is: http://www.my.yahoo.com - it then switches to https://signin.att.com and I get the following message: "AT&T - It's not you, it's us. We can't complete your request right now, please try again."

Regardless how often I attempt to Login, it's useless. I'm obligated to go to Google Chrome to access my Yahoo Mail & Calendar. Have gone many years without a hitch, now this. I once used a website for support for my mental health. There is no other website like it, and I would not be here today without it. For several years now, I've attempted to re-access the website. I have even gotten to the final page (which is rare) but when I click on the "I hereby consent" button - nothing, just errors. I've added the main website and the page site that will not load to all exceptions of all privacy settings I have switched on, but nothing. To be honest, I can't tell if it is Firefox or not, as other browsers give me the exact same issues. I have ADHD and reading, and making sense of the various solutions seems impossible. I cannot even access the website with all other antivirus & malware software, VPN or any other security software and extensions turned off. Remedying this feels hopeless. How can I get assistance? I only wish to sign back up but I can't. I do not believe it is the website creating the issue. I have screenshots showing the error pages, how do I send diagnostic data to you so you might be able to help?

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

Attempting to bill pay at Allstate page, stating the browser is not compatible. What options do I have? I have been using Firefox for > than twenty years, I have a hard time trusting anything that comes from Microsoft after their internet explorer debacle .

Two websites I went to using Firefox today displayed the date as 6\18\2025. Today is 6\19\2025. One of them displayed the July 2025 calendar and would not allow me to click back to June. I have two Firefox Extensions on, UBlock Original and Chameleon. Any idea what may be causing this. I'm using a MAC.

What is the problem?

Although I received an answer on this question, I probably was not detailed enough to indicate why this seems to be an issue with Firefox's interface with Google, as opposed to only Google. When I'm clicking on the Google search bar I get the attached message indicating unusual traffic on the network and requiring me to do the captcha crap. What I failed to mention before is this does not happen if I use Chrome or if I go through Duck Duck Go and then into Google from there. It only happens in the top search bar on Firefox. The reason it's so frustrating is the captcha keeps going through multiple pictures, even though the captured screens are accurate for the requested pics. Perhaps someone can suggest a solution even if you still don't believe it's a Firefox issue. I'm not a computer or network expert so a more detailed explanation for how I can solve this would really help me out. Thank you.

I'm seeing a new trend with websites that use cloudflare like restaurant accounts, Ace Hardware, and freecycle.org. Cloudflare either rejects me upon clicking it (freecycle), or it keeps cycling with its checkbox and doesn't do anything else (Hyatt). I contacted freecycle.org and they didn't know the reason. However, I can get through cloudflare using the Chrome browser. Is this fixable, because I really want to stay with Firefox? I am up to date on my drivers, Win10, and Firefox. Thanks!

I had switched to Firefox from Chrome because they banned AD BLOCKERS. But now I have to go back because FACEBOOK VIDEO CHAT won't work ( according to Facebook) because they introduced end-to-end encryption. Can you give me a fix?

I have a problem that I cannot resolve for months. I'm always listening to YouTube I'm listening music while I'm working or I'm doing task on Firefox I used to have no problem I just Open YouTube and let it play on auto play and it goes no matter what. About 6 months ago I started to experiment some problems the video stop all the time even if I have a playlist going on like 50 song one after another it will stop once in a while for no reason. It pissed me off so much that I have to change my browser by default and I don't like other browser I use always Firefox with DuckDuckGo so when I'm trap to use other browser I get mad the only one that functions very good it's on edge Microsoft and seriously I cannot stand this… I'm forced to use YouTube only on edge it's the only place that it works no matter what it never stop. It used to be a little arrow in the bottom of the screen, a button that you can click on and off to Auto play or not, this button disappear it's not even there no more. This button Auto Play it's not there in Edge or Google Chrome but YouTube works for them not for Firefox so what is the problem it's not the setting is it YouTube that's got problem with Firefox? I don't know, it must be a way, a back door because I need to go back with Firefox I need to go back with DuckDuckGo. I'm pissed because I have to leave just because of that and that it's no compromise for me my music will pass before everything else. I don't feel like asking question to the community because it takes months before they answer you if they do. Graphics Drivers I ensure that my graphics drivers are up to date. They are Testing Other Browsers I already mentioned that Edge works well Google Chrome also So you got an idea what I can do maybe shooting with a gun on the computer? Maybe pouring bleach or fuel on the keyboard? Maybe that work.

Do you have an ongoing inaccessibility issue with Consumer Cellular? With repeatedly unsuccessful attempts trying to access our online account and then calling them, they claimed that "Firefox will not download their website correctly." Why?

They repeatedly and heavily tried to steer us to use Chrome, which is not an option since Chrome is an excessive memory hog and Google is far too nosy. Consumer Cellular, as technical a company as it is, shouldn't have an incompatible issue with you. It is the only company we've ever been given this lame excuse. Perhaps they, like too many other companies, are in bed with Google.

I am unable to pay my bill at https://gwresources.watersmart.com/ using Firefox. After I fill out all the payment info, the website comes back with my session has expired. I then go to MS Edge to pay my bill.

Upon upgrading to v140.0 on macOS Sonoma 14.3 (23D56), YouTube no longer renders.

All add-ons (ad-blockers, development tools, accessibility tools, etc.) were removed and still the same non-rendering as of this evening June 24, 2025.

Is this perhaps because of the email i use for Mozilla login is different? Also Firefox is not my default browser on this windows PC, Microsoft Edge is, (although rarely used) when I do sign in with Edge the login proceeds normally. any suggestions? this is obviously not critical but I am seeking clarification.
