I was having issues with Firefox freezing on launch, so I ran the repair which did not help. I tried to uninstall the browser and the uninstall stopped responding. I downloaded and ran the Firefox Setup 93.0.exe file and it freezes trying to execute the default-browser-agent.exe at register-task E7... (see the attached photo - I can't expand the window to read it from there).

I much prefer Firefox to Chrome and would like to get it up and running. Any help would be appreciated.

I've been having problems downloading the firefox browser, as it seems that I have to do it multiple times before it can be installed properly. I tend to get the disk image, which populates on my screen as an image icon. This usually occurs several times before I see the actual application file within my download files. Tonight I am having this problem again, as I noticed that the browser was no longer on my computer, which prompted me to download again from Mozilla's own site. However, I keep getting the disk image, with a circle and cross through the circle over the actual firefox icon which is supposed to be dragged into the folder and then installed. Not sure why it keeps showing up as an image (disk), and not the actual application? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi, The problem I have is that when i download a screenshot in Firefox, left click the download arrow in the top right corner, click on the file, I get a message that says "the app didn't start". Never had the problem in November but seems to have happened after a Firefox update. I have the most current updates for Windows 10 pro 64, Firefox has been removed and reinstalled, Comodo was disabled, Strong VPN was disabled, browser privacy was set to standard, I have set up a separate folder for Firefox downloads and get the same message. I should note that these are all .png files. What app do I need and is it a Windows or Firefox app? Thank you for any help.

I tried to download Libre word processing three times and it said it downloaded but it did not. I hit the icon, it flashes on the screen and disappears. I noticed a help feature from Libre but it doesn't work either as the instructions are impossible to follow.

How can I get Libre Office downloaded so it works on my Windows 10 PC?

I accidentally deleted Firefox ESR that worked fine for years on my old Macbook Pro laptop (2009) running El Capitan OS 10.11.6. Now I can't reinstall it unless my OS is a minimum of 10.12. I don't want to mess with attempting an OS upgrade for fear of losing files and photos. This computer is strictly a nostalgic backup that I would like to keep functioning for a while longer. Any way around this?

This is pissing me off so much! I'm working and in the middle of everything I have no other option than to completely restart my browser, which can easily resolve into losing what I was doing, not to mention that it completely kills my workflow. STOP DOING THIS! I don't care what the reason is, you're severely hindering the usage of the app. I will decide when to restart, not the app! I have a fresh start of my system every single day, I'm sure whatever unimportant update it was this time can wait a few hours.

Since midday on 31/01/2022 I have been able to open the survey windows on onepoll which I frequently answer. The survey pops up and the address is there but the survey only loads to message " waiting for google font" then no text downloads -just left with a blank screen. Please fix! Surveys provide my spending money!!
