Upon opening the NY Times website, page 1 flashes briefly. Then the screen locks in on a commercial which prevents further access to the paper. I cannot escape the ad.

This does not happen with Safari or Chrome.

Do you have an ongoing inaccessibility issue with Consumer Cellular? With repeatedly unsuccessful attempts trying to access our online account and then calling them, they claimed that "Firefox will not download their website correctly." Why?

They repeatedly and heavily tried to steer us to use Chrome, which is not an option since Chrome is an excessive memory hog and Google is far too nosy. Consumer Cellular, as technical a company as it is, shouldn't have an incompatible issue with you. It is the only company we've ever been given this lame excuse. Perhaps they, like too many other companies, are in bed with Google.

For a long time now, at least a year, I cannot change the sort priority for search results on Amazon. Whenever I try to change to any other sort method other than Featured, the page just reloads and switches right back to Featured results. It happens on all my computers. I know this is a Firefox issue because this doesn't happen when I search Amazon with Chrome or on the Amazon app.

Anyone got an idea what's going on here?

J'ai un bug d'affichage quand j'ouvre INFOMANIAK MAIL sur une page Firefox. Le chargement de la page fonctionne , mais la page et entièrement noire. J'ai essayer de me connecter via GOOGLE CHROME ou EDGE et la page fonctionne normalement. Je suppose donc que le problème vient de Firefox. I have a display bug when I open INFOMANIAK MAIL on a Firefox page. The page load works, but the page is completely black. I tried to connect via GOOGLE CHROME or EDGE and the page works normally. So I guess the problem is with Firefox. Could you tell me where I can file a bug report? Thanks for your help, and good luck ☺

When I send an article using the blue plus button and choose gmail my display name is my wife's rather than my own. This doesn't happen if I use Chrome. Since I prefer Firefox I would like to know how to fix this.

Firefox no longer works with my Century Link webmail account. I can get to webmail using other browsers, but I prefer to stay with Firefox. I just checked my Firefox updates and I am up to date. Any ideas? Bob

I have Windows 11 on my Desktop PC and an up to date version of Firefox.

On two separate occasions I attempted to download past statements from two different credit card websites. Both times the requested statement failed to download, or even proceed to the next screen.

I called Customer Service for one of the Credit Cards and was told to try Google Chrome. I was forced to use Google Chrome to successfully download and view the requested statements.

I have been able to download and view the same information from the same websites in the recent past.

Could something have been changed in the Settings or what?

I do not seem to be able to connect using PureVPN. Their Helpdesk advise me to sign into Chrome or Edge, neither of which do I wish to do. I wish to stay with Firefox. However, I am also a 'recipient' of the latest Windows 10 (so-called) upgrades, so it may not be anything to do with you guys. Can you help, please? Cheers, Mike Courtnadge

Hi my all mail.yahoo.com accoutns are not working on my mozilla firefox browser. It was working 2 days ago. Now, when I try to longin to mail account shows message connectivty issue with my internet, which is fine connect to some other website. When I am using firefo on other computers my mail.yahoo.com works, also on this computer, when I use crome or microsoft edge browser mail.yahoo.com works.

I also tried refresh and uninstall/reistall options. Still not working,

Please let me know what will be wrong on this computer firefox.

cannot log onto att.net for my email acct...using firefox............microsoft edge is no problem...it says it is due to a connective issue? Help!...... thanks..

I cannot for the life of me figure this out. Whenever I load a website that needs location (for example, Google Maps or my province's lottery) and enable location permissions, the websites come back saying they cannot find my location.

I have refreshed Firefox, disabled all Enhanced Tracking Protection, disabled all extensions, and have even ran Firefox in Troubleshoot mode - all to no avail. Is there any way this can be fixed? These websites all work on Chrome and Edge and work on my Firefox for iPhone.

I cannot access certain pages on my bank website. Seems like only one page and when I try, I get a messsage from their website saying something went wrong. I have discussed with their web people. They say they are able to access the page using their version of Firefox (they tell me it is 136.13 64 bit)

My version is 136.0.4 64 bit. How can they have a later version than me, when I update regularily?

I am able to access this page when I use Chrome, but I don't like Chrome.

Also, on another website with a Travel company, I am able to see all of their pages until I try a critical link to book a trip. It works in Chrome.

Microsoft seems to have cut Firefox out for video chats. This is a recent change. Their message is that video is not supported by my browser (Firefox)

I'm having trouble getting AOL, my homepage. When I log on to Firefox, I have an instant load to AOL. It doesn't load and I see files waiting to download in the lower left corner of the screen, but they don't. I have no problem with Microsoft Edge performance but haven't tried to access the homepage. Any suggestions?

My salesforce application is working fine on edge and Crome and other browser ,but Getting error when working on salesforce application on firefox same is working fine on Edge and crome browser.
