My bookmark toolbar is empty. I have made sure "Always Show" is checked. I have tried to put new Web Sites on the toolbar to no avail. Nothing seems to bring back my bookmarks. I have added the little star with the bracket under it to the bookmark toolbar. It has many of the previous bookmarks but many are also missing. Entire folders are missing. I have been messing around with the tabs toolbar because they are about 30% too tall. About 1" too tall. 3/4" above text and 1/4" below. About 1/3rd of my screen is taken by tool bars. Approx 1 1/8" by the bookmark toolbar alone which is showing only the star with the bracket under it ( Far left of line ).

Hundreds, if not thousands, or perhaps millions, would like to see bookmarks actually work as the do with other browsers. What is the problem, you update Firefox sometimes daily, but bookmarks, never. Should I change my browser? As it says that Firefox will do that, yes every place you visit that is not what I want. I guess it's time to try Safari or Chrome? What do think? Stay stuck in past, is that your option?

Cannot save bookmarks or edit existing in Firefox. Checking integrity shows: Unable to check places.sqlite integrity: Error: Error(s) encountered during statement execution:

When I try to save a new URL, Web Page, by clicking on the "Star" on the tool bar menu, then selection my existing folder for my chosen location it is not saved, at least most of the time. It is however saved under Recently Bookmarked and is also in Manage Bookmarks. I can force it to save by selecting Bookmarks Menu. It then is at the bottom of all my saved folder. I then can copy and paste into my folder of choice. What do I need to do to make it save to the folder of choice immediately?

Today's update (version 154.0, 18 Aug 2026), degraded the appearance of a bookmark menu that contains both left-to-right and right-to-left text.

I have bookmarks in both English and Hebrew text. When a bookmark menu contains both kinds, all of them used to be left-aligned, which made for a tight, easy-to-read. menu. But as of this version, the R2L text is right-aligned, so if the whole menu is a bit wide, there is a lot of empty space. See screenshot.

Also, the next-to-last line in the screenshot, the numbers to the LEFT of the text, not right.

On my new dell laptop, Firefox seems to run well. however, when I select one of my regular bookmarks from the dropdown, it ignores the choice and chooses a link (e.g. a news story) from the page I'm currently on, one directly under the bookmark I've chosen. If I choose the bookmark link again it operates correctly.

I continuously have a problem trying to get the location scroll bar to execute when I bookmark an item. It never scrolls twice consecutively, and I have to keep opening and closing the scroll to get it to function properly. I bookmark several news articles, stories, etc. every day, and I get kinda snarly after awhile. Any relevant help would be welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

I clicked on the bookmarks icon to open one up, and there's nothing there. where did my bookmarks go? It's been a week, maybe, since I last used the bookmarks menu

I had an organized list in the left side of all if the links to pay bills. or other categories It was easy and it worked. Now apparently you have taken that away,. I HATER THIS NEW FIREFOX!!!!
