I was using the Firefox browser on Windows 11 desktop to make a donation. When prompted for my name and address I had Firefox autocomplete the fields on the form. When I went to click donate I noticed that Firefox autocomplete had changed my donation amount to my phone number which resulted in a 5 billion dollar donation amount. Can you tell me how this happened?

I'd like to change a Payment Method, but I am unable to find it in Settings.

I found instructions to look for it under Autofill in "General" or "Privacy & Security".

But the only references I find are for "Autofill" in "Import browser data" and for "Payment" in "Sync settings".

there is a payment methods label in settings but thats is. its just a label under it immediately comes save addresses from other articles i can see that there should be a saved cards button but i have nothing why?

I have attempted to remove some saved credit card payment methods Following the instructions on your support website, I have succeeded on the first three instructions. But on the 4th step, I am instructed to choose one of the following - Add, Edit or Remove .

1) Only the "add" prompt works. But it won't accept the credit card number I enter.

2) What is more, I cannot access the other two prompts.

What should I do?

I can't see payment methods or credit card info in settings, there's no option Autofill and there is no Saved payment methods button I have added CY (my country CYPRUS) in about:config extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries still not working

I was attempting to pay with autofill in a shopping card and get a pop up from firefox to login first. I appreciate being protected but when I use the password for my firefox account it did not work. Confused

I accidentally clicked remember on my credit card when checking out from a cite. I do not understand how to delete it. Every guide online says there is a tab under "Privacy & Security", but when I look for it it does not exist. I have tried searching, cross-referencing its placement in the menu from the videos, but I cant find it. I've cleared my data from the last 2 hours, but still no difference. From the videos it should be between Password and History, but the setting is not there.

I don't want websites to store my credit card information. I always say don't save but even websites i have never used have my information. How an I prevent this from being done?

Dear All, I am using 145.0.1 (64 bites) firefox version. Since the last update there s no autofill in the firefox. Asked AI, googled, tried to find the option in the settings (Privacy), but there is no soultion yet.

Is there any recomendation where I should swich on/turn on the "autofill" option? Robert

Reporting an ongoing issue where the Saved Credit Cards section is missing from Firefox’s settings. Autofill for credit cards still works in the browser, but I cannot view, edit, or delete any stored cards because the entire UI section is gone. The Payments / Saved Credit Cards section does NOT appear under Settings → Privacy & Security → Forms and Autofill. Autofill still fills credit card data, so Firefox clearly has stored cards. I just can’t manage them.

I confirmed the following in about:config: extensions.formautofill.creditCards.enabled → true extensions.formautofill.creditCards.available → true Set extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supported → "on"

I don't know where to write this. Hello everyone, Firefox has an auto-fill feature for cards. I wanted to enter all my cards. I enter my card, and it comes to the expiration date. The card says 10/37, but in Firefox the maximum is 35. Alfa Bank Russia has started issuing cards that are valid for 12 years, I don't know if it's to save money or not. What should I do, wait 2 years? Or has a similar question already been asked here and will it be fixed soon?

When I sign in to the NY Times (for example) I get a dropdown of autofill email addresses. Some are even mistyped addresses or bogus addresses I've used to access webpages that'll take any email address. I cannot delete these. I've tried shift-delete. These email addresses cannot be accessed via Firefox preferences: autofill screens do not list email addresses but only the physical addresses that I've saved.

(And then, of course, the minute you submit any email to the NYTimes it immediately creates an "account" and starts sending you subscription offers.)

I can't find the email autofill settings. There's incomplete or erroneous selections in the drop down when using autofill on web forms and I want to clean it up. Searches for instructions keep showing this: "Settings > Privacy & Security > Forms and Autofill", but there is no Forms and Autofill section. I've gone through the other settings, Addresses, Password, Payment and other options under Privacy & Security but can't find email management settings. I bought an HP Omnidesk a month ago with windows 11 home. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
