I am using Firefox 146.0 (64 bit), canonical-002 - 1.0 on Kubuntu 24.04.

The browser will not store credit card information. If I enter correct information into a Web site, Firefox correctly queries whether I want to save this information. Clicking "Save" closes the dialog but when I look at "Manage payment methods" in Settings nothing is saved. Attempts to enter the information at this point fail as well. Note that the check box "Save and autofill payment info" is set.

The documentation for credit card autofill states that, as a precaution CVV numbers will not be retained. Which seems to be a reasonable precaution. However I find when using autofill, that after I have entered my system password, and autofill has displayed the card number and expiration date, that a mouse click in the CVV box will cause the CVV number to be displayed in a mouseable choice box.

Is this a bug? Or an "undocumented feature"? Or simply a matter of obsolete documentation?

I also note that, when recently logging into my local library account, which uses 14-digit account identifiers, that credit card autofill asked if I wanted to save that "payment information".

I need to remove my CC info from my profile, it takes me to the Privacy & Security tab and it tells me to look for the autofill option and on the current fire fox version i have 146.0.1 I do not see it

LATELY, I CANNOT USE MY CREDIT CARD. i INPUT MY SAVED PASSWORD FROM WINDOWS LOGIN.

IT OFFERS CHOICES THEN WHEN I ATTEMPT TO PAY WHAT I WANT TO PAY, THE FORM GOES BLANK AGAIN.

NOT SURE IF THIS IS A WINDOWS ISSUE OR FF, BUT AT LEAST MY ANSWER WILL BE QUICKER HERE.

I have autofill turned on, and it works (almost). The address fields are completed, but left in yellow highlight, and when I try to submit the form, it isn't accepted. I have to manually enter and then delete a character for they yellow highlight to clear - and then the form submission works. It's happening with more sites now.

Is there a solution?

I'd like to change a Payment Method, but I am unable to find it in Settings.

I found instructions to look for it under Autofill in "General" or "Privacy & Security".

But the only references I find are for "Autofill" in "Import browser data" and for "Payment" in "Sync settings".

How do I delete Government Gateway user ID number stored in my computer. When i go on the website and enter the first digit, several numbers appear starting with that digit. I would like only one number to appear.

I was using the Firefox browser on Windows 11 desktop to make a donation. When prompted for my name and address I had Firefox autocomplete the fields on the form. When I went to click donate I noticed that Firefox autocomplete had changed my donation amount to my phone number which resulted in a 5 billion dollar donation amount. Can you tell me how this happened?

I have attempted to remove some saved credit card payment methods Following the instructions on your support website, I have succeeded on the first three instructions. But on the 4th step, I am instructed to choose one of the following - Add, Edit or Remove .

1) Only the "add" prompt works. But it won't accept the credit card number I enter.

2) What is more, I cannot access the other two prompts.

What should I do?

I can't see payment methods or credit card info in settings, there's no option Autofill and there is no Saved payment methods button I have added CY (my country CYPRUS) in about:config extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries still not working

With Firefox => bonjour, nous assez assez un encore sur une facture , le V est présent. This means nothing :) Could you help me to stop this ? Tks

I was attempting to pay with autofill in a shopping card and get a pop up from firefox to login first. I appreciate being protected but when I use the password for my firefox account it did not work. Confused

Reporting an ongoing issue where the Saved Credit Cards section is missing from Firefox’s settings. Autofill for credit cards still works in the browser, but I cannot view, edit, or delete any stored cards because the entire UI section is gone. The Payments / Saved Credit Cards section does NOT appear under Settings → Privacy & Security → Forms and Autofill. Autofill still fills credit card data, so Firefox clearly has stored cards. I just can’t manage them.
