When I click on a link on Firefox / Mozilla I get a "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at ad.doubleclick.net" message. If I do the same on Brave, that doesn't happen, it will show the link that was clicked on. What can or may be the problem? This happens way too often, for example on "Newsmax" links.

I enter msn.ca on an open tab, https://www.msn.com/en-ca is displayed in the tab window but no content is displayed. No extensions are enabled.

Works in Edge browser. Also doesn't work with Brave browser

Recently, almost overnight I am struggling to get any websites to load and have to use another browser for this. Is there any fix you can help with? Websites work in safari but not firefox.

Hi, so basically for the past few days my YouTube Premium has randomly stopped showing me my YouTube Music and it refuses to work. The page still loads, it just doesn't play any songs. I've tried reloading the page, checking my internet connection, resetting the browser & computer, clearing cache, deleting cookies, turning off all my extensions, signing out, doing everything I can really think of and it's still not working. When I check on Chrome and on mobile it's perfectly fine, so I have no idea what the issue is. I've tried to see if other people have had this issue as well but they either never got answers or I tried a solution and it didn't work for me. I have the latest version of Firefox as well. Could really use some help, thank you !

kein login in mein O2 E-Mail-Postfach (webmail.O2mail.de/#/login) mit Firefox möglich. Fehlermeldung: E-Mail-Adresse/Passwort falsch. Mit anderem Browser ist login möglich.

Trying to sign in to my bank account (Citizens Bank). Enter known good userid & password, receive message that i am successfully logged OFF. Get hung in logon loop. Have changed site password thru 2-way authentication, password accepted, logon retried, same result. Called in tech support, they could find no problem, advised using different browser. Tried Edge, logged in no problem. Been using FF for years, first real problem. Help??

Every thing is correct when accessing the site via several browsers (Google Chrome, Edge and Safari). But with Firefox, only a part of the sheet appears. You can see on picture 1 as it should be and on picture 2, as it is with FF. This problem is quite new and appears whatever the computer, running on W10 or W11. Thanks for your advise Emmanuel

Just signed up for Disney+ and I can seem to login on firefox at all. I do the whole submit phone number for opt but then I dont get moved to the page where I can actually type in my OTP.

I tired all technical options in cleaning browser, cookies cache, Incognito... Now I am forced to use Chrome(which I reallllllllly dont like)

Hello, I have entered 100% accurate login credentials. I know this because I know I can login with the same credentials on Safari and Chrome. I have enabled cookies and I have turned off Enhanced Tracking Protection and don't know why BofA.com won't load. I only get a spinning wheel that just keeps spinning. Please help! Thank you, David

I'm running Firefox on Kubuntu (v 136.0-3 Snap package) and accessing it from a Chromebook using Chrome remote desktop.

I have audio working fine for other applications (Chrome browser, MuseScore, Kdenlive, ...) - but when I play a Youtube video in Firefox for example, the sound goes to the physical host machine instead of my remote session. Firefox does not appear in the system volume "Applications" tab, either.

Extensions installed:

• Chrome Remote Desktop
• Google Translator for Firefox
• Mail Link Enhancer
• Mailvelope

Do you have an ongoing inaccessibility issue with Consumer Cellular? With repeatedly unsuccessful attempts trying to access our online account and then calling them, they claimed that "Firefox will not download their website correctly." Why?

They repeatedly and heavily tried to steer us to use Chrome, which is not an option since Chrome is an excessive memory hog and Google is far too nosy. Consumer Cellular, as technical a company as it is, shouldn't have an incompatible issue with you. It is the only company we've ever been given this lame excuse. Perhaps they, like too many other companies, are in bed with Google.

GMAIL perceptibly slow on web interface thru FIrefox v135

BUT, (and there is always a BIG butt),

on Opera Air116.0.5366.82 (arm64) it works fine.

Have cleared cache and restarted cold several times.

Frustrated.

Firefox is my defult browser which I use for 90% of the time - over the last week ebay has become vertually unuseable so having to use chrome as a backup which works fine tried using ccleaner which cleans the cash etc now lost all passwords and logins also as you can see spell check GB English fails to work many times for forms such as this inc freecycle etc etc - so help please from someone with the knowhow did install a spell checker as an plugin or extension some time ago dont recall what it was called but failed to work - so now heading into my 80's the grey matter fails to work as it did 30 years ago and could do with a little help thanks in advance.

This is only a problem with Firefox, on Chrome it works perfectly fine. But for some reason, JSON.parse throws the error "Uncaught SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected end of data at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data". Is there any way to fix this or is this just a Firefox problem that I have to deal with?

I have 2 sites that will not allow a sign in on Firefox on a HP based PC. The button simply does not function. If I use my Microsoft Surface Pro 8, it works fine. Both websites will work using Edge. I am sure surface is using a different operating system than the PC. I have cleared the browser using CC cleaner and manually in settings of Firefox. I have 2 different PC's with the same issue.
