I'm fairly new at this game of 'digital talking', so: I just paid for a 2yr subscription but do not see any visual evidence that this is indeed the case. How do I know I'm currently protected, isn't there an icon supposed to be on the monitor?

This began some time ago. My laptop Windows 10 only has 2 saved articles. My I-Phone has all saved articles. What happened? I used to be able to see the complete collection on both.

I signed up and sync'd my data from my laptop before it died, but when I signed in on my desktop none of my bookmarks or passwords are the ones from my laptop account, its all still my desktop's. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and firefox automatically restored all my desktop crap. I really need my laptop's bookmarks, any advice? Thanks in advance

I have always been struggling with the idea of syncing two devices, that is main and secondary devices, and that when logged out of the secondary device, user details such as passwords, booksmarks and other important things are left bare on that browser or secondary device.

It is my believe that, after completing whatever task that led users to sync both devices, the moment the user logs out on the secondary computer, or any of the computers, the passwords, bookmarks, history and other essential details should not display again on such computer or browser anymore but apparently thats not the case with Mozilla Firefox browser.

Kindly look into that and work on it....THE SECURITY AND SAFETY OF THE USER IS LEFT WIDE OPEN!!!

On a legacy iMac with over ten years of Firefox usage, I suddenly cannot sign in. The mac caps out at High Sierra 10.13.6 and I am unable to activate sync. I have tried allowing all cookies, restarting the browser several times, and even explored the config files.... to no avail.

How do I "enable local storage"? that's the error that sync provides me, but there is no option to fix that and all of your help files point me to cookies information (which I have done everything with). There are no actual help files to fix the local storage problem. This is frustrating!

Do I have to uninstall the entire application? If so, how to I preserve my bookmarks and pws without also porting over whatever is broken in the application?

I originally setup my account under a business email address that I do not operate or have access to that email. When I log in it wants to send a code to the registered email but I don’t have anyway to get that code. How do I bypass this? I’m trying to sync everything to my iPad from my desktop.

Hello, I just noticed that at the top of my settings menu there was a flag saying that I was not logged in to Firefox. I clicked the link and logged in. Bam, all my settings disappeared! I have special colours and fonts because I am partially sighted. It is now very difficult for me to use my browser. How can I get my settings back, please?

I have my bookmarks synced from two accounts on chrome. It worked fine, but now it stopped. My bookmarks toolbar is empty, except for an icon to fullscreen. It acts as if I have all of my bookmarks on there, and I can access them in the menu function. They're just not on the toolbar.

I've already hid/shown the toolbar multiple times, I've rescynced my browser data, I've fiddled with my toolbar settings, but honestly, I'm at a loss. I'm not the best with computers so if there's an obvious answer please let me know. Thank you!
