Hello, I've updated my Nvidia graphics driver and encountered this issue. Basically I noticed it on twitch.tv mainly, bottom of my website is hidden behind taskbar, as if firefox thinks I have the automatically hiding taskbar setting enabled, which I never used. I've tried deleting some json file from %appdata% which has not helped, tried reinstalling firefox, running in troubleshoot mode,disabling hardware acceleration and nothing helped. I have Firefox on two computer (plus my phone), both of them are running Linux Mint. On pc#1 Firefox behaves ok; on pc#2 instead it's abnormally zoomed in and it is very annoying to use. I am logged in with my Mozilla account on both devices, they have the same settings and Firefox is the only application displaying this behavior. If it matters, pc#1 has a bigger screen. I've attached a screenshot of the same page visualized on both devices as to show the difference.

Since upgraded to 138.0.1 my Firefox browser can't reopen after closing when multiple extensions are enabled. If run in safe mode or have all extensions disabled it can close and reopen correctly but when more extensions enabled firefox.exe will stay in background after closing and I can only reopen it after ending the process in task manager. It has never happened before.

Here attached all the extensions I have enabled.

So I downloaded a font, It was a helvetica one, and now it shows up on specific websites. I deleted it, restarted my computer, (which also got stuck on the restarting screen) and it still shows up. I probably wouldn't mind, but the font doesn't really look so good, so I need help!

In the image, the font is supposed to be roboto, but it definitely isn't that!

Websites like Facebook, heritage and paypal constantly send me emails like this:

I think I have trouble getting into Facebook because they don`t trust me with variations every day: Bremen, Hannover andplaces much farther away. Is this normal?

I clicked on an add (will never do that again) that advertised making money by reviewing movies and TV shows that you watch. Wheen the website opened, it really wasn't that, so I closed it. Then every time I would open a new website, a tab with that site would open automatically.

I went to Settings, Privacy and Security, Website Privacy Preferences, Cookies and Site Data and cleared data. I also clicked on Manage Data and removed the website from that list.

It didn't work. Any ideas on how to get rid of this really annoying invasion of my computer and privacy?

I am having trouble accessing a web site that I have always accessed before. I think it is only since the latest Firefox update. website - https://www.startersorders.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=24

The attached message is displayed but if I press the refresh button in Firefox enough times the website loads.

I have tried disabling my Norton antivirus and firewall but it does not help.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am using an extension to monitor websites. I would like to start it as homepage. Unfortuantely, it does not come up active. It requires a manual reload (Ctrl-R) because it doesn't fully start.

Is it possible to automate this initial reload?

If not, can the extension developer force the reload on browser startup?

as of last week sometime, videos in my CRM (customer relationship manager) have stopped working. When I use a different browser, ie: Edge, everything works correctly. My CRM company tried to dupliocate the issue on their system using Firefox but they were not having the same issue. Something in my Firefox version 138.0.1 is causing an issue. Can you help troubleshoot and correct my issue?

middle mouse button isnt working since update.

i had it so that a middle click on it would open a new tab to the right of the other tabs.

i have looked and checked browser.tabs.opentabfor.middleclick and its TRUE.

any suggestions. it is just since update i'm sure of that.

Since the last Firefox update (138.0.1 64-bit Windows), the On-screen touch keyboard continually pops up even though I am simply touching icons (in YouTube), menus or whatever. (Using my Dell Latitude 5290 2-in-1 as a tablet - no keyboard attached) This is extremely annoying. The same problem has been reported in a Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/1kb6zjo/onscreen_keyboard_keeps_popping_up_with_latest/ I've tried turning off the on-screen keyboard in Windows Settings, and I've tried settings in Firefox Settings. The problem doesn't happen when using Edge, so it is a Firefox issue. It also doesn't happen if I have the physical keyboard attached. I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with version 2009, OS build 19045.5737. I'm running AVG Business Internet Security.

Hello, for some reason after the update I can no longer load the game Elvenar, when I type in the name and then click on any link i'm getting https://en-play.elvenar.com/?lps_flow=after_glps_shim

and the page won't load and I have a black screen as per the screenshot

I'm currently using MacOS 15.4.1 Sequoia with FireFox 138.0.1. It works fine after updating from 138.0.0 on my primary (Administrator) account. However, there is a second User account on this MacBook Pro laptop, used by other family members. All is not well here... Firefox updated itself from 137.0.0 recently and now will not run on the User account. On startup, it asks for an Administrator password to install a Helper tool and then will proceed no further. I have tried :-

Making the User account into Administrator - still hangs Cancel and re-start FireFox - hangs! Re-start the MacBook from cold - hangs! Cleaned Firefox installation and folders in the User Library (both User and Administrator) - still hangs! I'm aware there are two Library folders, one each for the System and one for each user, didn't touch the System Library. Added a new User account - it works! So maybe something in the System Library is the culprit? I've always regarded that area as "off limits" to us mere mortals, so please, not the "Wipe it and Start Again" option.

I don't really want to kill the User account, there is a lot of data in there and surely will miss something important if I delete it.

Summary, 137.0.0 worked, it updated to 138.0.1, it hangs up! I am unable to fix it. Any offers guys?

My ISP is VirginMedia and I use their Webmail system for all of my email requirements.

I have FireFox set to download new versions when issued and upgrade when my machine is rebooted.

I rebooted yesterday and the new version FireFox (v138.0.1 (64bit)) was installed.

When I checked my mail later on I got the message:

   Error: Failed to load messages.  Retry.

And that has remained the same for more than 24 hours; none of my folders are accessible and I have been unable to send mail; I have 44 messaqes in my Inbox and 2 in my Spam folder.

I contacted Virgin's Tech Support earlier this evening and they were unable to find any faults at their end, and they suggested trying another browser (which I was loathe to do since FireFox has been my choice for more years than I care to remember ~~ but I bit the bullet and installed Opera - and found that I was able to access my webmail and all of its' folders at Virgin.

Please tell me that there'a fix on the way, I don't want to switch from FFox and nor do I want to run two browsers at the same time.
