Have tried different solutions like Malware product and cleaning cashe and cookies. When I search a known safe site I get redirect by Convertitmas stating the (known safe) site is unsafe. Best regards Henrik Nygaard

The connection is that i clicked on what i would call an investment solicitation from an Outlook email i received from Eunice.io

There are a few clickable hot-links in my email that return same error code. When I open mail.yahoo.com, I keep getting: "Something went wrong,We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." what should I do? any other browser works fine, just firefox is block, I might stop using it very soon.

My bookmarks suddenly disappeared. I tried to use the troubleshooting guide for "My Bookmarks have Disappeared" bold textbut when I click on <Manage Bookmarks> step nothing happens. Also, when I click on the star to make a bookmark, nothing happens.

There seems to be a glitch that I keep encountering when trying to sign in through my TV provider, particularly Verizon, to watch DisneyNOW or TCM or any other service for that matter. The website known as "ssoauth.verizon.com" seems to keep hanging on the message "Please wait - we are verifying your account," and the sign in never gets completed. I already tried clearing my cache and history but with no result.

Even trying to submit troubleshooting information is causing the form to crash here. If you would like, I can send you a text file containing the log I saved from the browser console.
